I love Mitch’s little chats to the camera/Liz. I noticed as well watching your Strongman Classic video, Trey was great on camera with Liz. She has a great way of bringing the chatty humour and fun out of people. You two are a great team.

just wanna pointed out. To the people that may disappointed to Mitch's 2023 Strongman Classics after his WSM win, just remember that Eddie Hall did even worst after his WSM, back in Giants Live World Tour Final 2017 where he quickly pulled out after event 1 (log press for reps). Tom Stoltman had his 5th place in Strongman Classics 2021 after his first WSM win. the point is, not every champions are consistently winning, it's just an up and down of their some circumstances. Let alone Mitch still get into the podium was a prove how consistent he is.

Loz, that piece of advice you gave Mitch regarding bench leg "drive" at around 6:30 was incredible. I've always felt opposed to the word "drive" in that context for the exact reasons that you went on to explain; it's not so much a "drive" as it is just a way to brace the rest of the body solidly, down into the bench. Since day one, I've always felt that way about the job of the legs during a bench press, but hearing you echo my sentiment was incredibly satisfying. We're blessed to be getting that knowledge for free. Thank you so much for this video!

I could be wrong but it looks like when Mitch unracks the bar his arms aren't fully locked. I remember I use to do that when I was newer to lifting. Once I made sure they were locked when unracking it made things easier for me and I also got more confident under heavy weights.

What is your advice for someone with repeat shoulder dislocations on bench press. Even when I was training along side powerlifters and body builders in my early 20s I think the most I ever flat benched was 185 at 185 and today I'm still at like 165 on a good day at 204.5. I've never been able to put numbers up quick in this lift like I have in squat or any other lift. Even my lateral grip shoulder press moves up faster than my bench by a relatively insane margin.
