Its so weird. Mitchell doesn't even look that huge but he is an ABSOLUTE beast. Like if someone said Brian Shaw is the WSM everyone would be like "yeah i can see that" but Mitchell is about 100 lbs lighter and as strong if not a good deal stronger in literally every exercise. Insane dude. Super nice and knowledgable.

@@Vaquix000the worry would be that they are an overly angry alpha male. Perfect example of this would be how Brian Shaw or Evan Singleton appear in competitive mode, but behind the scenes they are gentle giants.

Forget the strength, I'm more impressed by the guy's personality and how well those two vibe together. Best friends in the making.

Love how the strongest men in the world all seem to be the kindest and most gentle.

Mitch is so fun, the chaos between the two of these guys is fantastic

Will, for a quick conversion from kg to lbs, just multiply by 2 and then add 10%. 40 kg -> 80 -> 88 lbs 50 kg -> 100 -> 110 lbs and so on. You can also do it the other way around like this, although it is less accurate 110 lbs -> 55 -> 49.5 kg 88 lbs -> 44 -> 39.6 It's close enough for most applications and easy to do.

I think our perception is a bit flawed since we had a decade of mass monsters. There have always been "smaller" winners: Novikov, Licis, Pudz, Ahola. Always depends on the strongman style they implement. The 2010s have been really really heavy

Mitchell is about the be one of the craziest strongmen ever. He doesnt look as big as many strongmen but yet is the strongest . He is also young and has so much room for improvement

Mitchell and Trey are great examples of new blood in the circuit. With Thor, Zydrunas, Eddie, and soon Brian making their exits, it's great to see these other guys stepping up and performing.

Stumbled onto this channel randomly off of climbing videos and I've not left for 3 days... Such an engaging, well edited, creative, and fun channel and person that is on a separate level of brilliance compared to the other fitness youtubers I've seen.
