Schools don’t teach it and gyms don’t educate people on this stuff thanks for doing us all a service 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Real motivation right here and I like how he breaks it down step by step easy salute to you Josh Bailey 💯💪🏽
As an older guy that has shoulder injuries I constantly work around (caused mostly by using incorrect form) this video is much appreciated. Great stuff -- thanks.

🎉🎉BRUH!!! You completely opened my eyes with that on the floor, rear delt workout. I never would’ve thought of that. I appreciate you 😎. God bless 🙌🏿✌🏿
Thank u , I'm an older dude that's getting back into working out and ur technic helps alot thank u for ur video hope to see more my friend
New subscribe because you're one of the few that actually care about people hurting themselves! I'm tired of these others saying don't listen to people that warn of shoulder impingement or other issues because they say it's BS. I hurt myself because of shoulder impingement a few years back by doing it the general accepted way and it took me over 6 months to recover. I'm back pain free and lost nothing by making adjustments like you've suggested. Keep on teaching and God bless!

Oh thank you!! I just got back into working out after a long battle with depression. I did those wrong yesterday. Never again! Thank you sir. I’m trying to do push-up too, but they’re soooo hard. Any tips?

Depending on how much u can do probably start off by doing 50 a day then work your way up but do sets. If 10 is best for u do 5 sets of 10. Then work your way up

Just do them slow and control with just a little bit of reps

Bro thank you, just finish workout with You, feel shoulders pain, it’s work 💪💪
GREAT 🐯 channel 💪 keep putting out the good content 💪
Thank you bro
I learned from this video. Thnx man ❤
Great suggestions, with the exception of the suggested technique on the db lateral raise. Turning thumbs down internally rotates the shoulder, thus increasing the impingement on the supraspinatus and other delicate tendons of the rotator cuff. Impingement leads to inflammation, which could eventually lead to a tear. Anatomically it's better to have the thumbs pointing up, which externally rotates the shoulder and opens up the joint.
Awesome vids thank you so much
Great workout exercise bro💪
Great info!
Thanks Bro!
Very good tips thank you
Brilliant video respect brother YNWA
i see so many doing the dumbbell sides they are lifting more weight than they can lift normaly bending there wrists downwards because its to heavy for them but its nice to see somebody trying to help these people
احسنت نحتاج مثل هذا الشرح للتمرين شكرا لك 👍 Well done, we need such an explanation for the exercise, thank you 👍

🎉🎉🎉🎉... learning alot
Keepin it real
Well done.
Very good thanks :)
good explained 💪🏽👏👍
good stuff josh
Good advise
Thank you
Thanks coach 💯 Video popped up right after I did shoulders 😂
I still prefer doing the wide one just because i do want it to hit my side more. I just arch my back more and it feels really good. Also doing it really slow on the concentric makes it work for me
Nice hair lineup also brother 😎👍🏾
I watched someone else and their shoulder exercise and it was amazing how it worked. Better than these which I’ve done for years. You can use the smith machine I prefer to sit. Grab the bar reverse grip shoulder width. Have the bar when it comes down close to your chin and press up. Gives you an amazing pump and grows the shoulders. Showed that to a few ppl and they loved it!
good video I'm going to simplement that on shoulder day
Yep, I went heavy and wide for years and suffer from chronic bicep tendinitis. Bring them in, like an Arnold Press. Use neutral grips as much as possible. Same applies to chest presses
Wicked video bro....
Good advice and very practical in terms of presentation, you are almost as good as Ashton Hall, keep it up and you will catch up to him😂!
That is helpful with the dumbbell shoulder press.. I just did that today and my elbows were out..
Respect Vlog Gym
❤ thanks
We did press behind the neck in the 80s. Results were great but the rotator cuff will tear over time. We did not know any better back then.
Corect video
I agree 100% but you also want to have your palms facing your head. It's a much better way to protect the shoulder joint just as he shows in this video at about 2:30. Good stuff. I don't like seeing people pmace their shoulders at risk. Good video.
Don’t forget to talk about the gear you’re taking . Best shoulder and trap growth secret .

@@Carlos-dm5foTrue enough . Just making sure the average people don't get too excited about what results to expect when using a person on gear as their measuring stick .
Very good technique, excellent demonstrations, I will just add a 3 to 4 seconds up and 4 seconds coming down and at the end 5 mini reps to put work on the slouders

Wrong
Tomorrow I will definitely try this position. I am hvg bit frozen shoulder problem also
Thats why shoulder press is done in a little bit inclined not sitting at 90° on a bench
Good information thank you what do you do to get your top that cut is it the eating cause I was told that you can't get big and cut at the same time, you have to pick one
i just did shoulders yesterday 😢, i wish i would have seen this video before the work out lol
Ok im doing this tomorrow to see
This is a lot to remember
Im going to try that video tomorrow morning. Before i give feedback
instead of doing lat raises with your thumbs down like you pour water, try doing it on your 60 degree bench and thumbs normal or maybe slightly up. this prevents internal rotation of the shoulder joint while hitting exactly lateral head.
