@samraiz shoaib 2h in the gym is a lot. Yates trained an hour a day, four times a week (and is obviously larger and better conditioned than Sergio). Also, I don't think anyone here is gonna argue that Yates didn't train hard. You don't need to spend three, four hours at the gym. Ofc we only figured out that later, back in the day people were spending three hours in the gym, so i can only imagine them losing their shit over Olivia being that size with "only" two hours. maybe those two hours were good for someone with a "sub optimal" diet and is what allowed him to have that conditioning. Also, yes, his "gym ethics" weren't nothing special, but they still were phenomenal, as they have to be for most bodybuilders. What I am saying is he had average work ethics compared to most bodybuilders, but was outstanding compared to your average joe.

What Kevin could do in a few months, no one else could ever do. That’s his one of a kind attribute. Lee has the crazy forearms and biceps and triceps. Flex has the symmetry and completeness and aesthetics, Coleman had the mass, strength and conditioning with crazy hard work ethic, and Joel Stubbs clearly had the craziest back ever. At least lats. I think Brian Buchanan is the most underrated considering he had like a 24 inch waist and had enormous lats and enormous aesthetic arms. Dude looked like an unachievable structures/physique combos. And let’s not forget Phill in 2011…he had it all and was probably second to Ronnie in 03.

Great video! Nice to see Matt Mendenhall in the video as Lee Haney was right, some of the best genetics and no weak body parts if only Matt had a driven mindset like a Dorian Yates and he would have won his Pro Card and probably could have given Lee Haney a run for the money on the Olympia stage. Matt was truly the most genetically gifted bodybuilder to not utilize his full potential. Although I respectfully believe you should have included Dennis "Super Human" Newman. If Matt Mendenhall was the living real life He-man, Dennis was the live version of Superman! One of the youngest to win his pro card as a heavyweight, and one of the fastest rising star in bodybuilding before he even won his pro card. Dennis was blessed with good looks, size, shape and an aesthetic symmetrical physique but before he could compete in his first pro show he was diagnosed with leukemia and he was never able to really get back into competition like before. So tragic. Anyways, keep these inspiring videos coming and we'll keep watching. All the best to you and your family and hoping much success to your channel!
