I think we have seen big ramy best he been in Olympia few times if he could bring better he would have by now . Phil on other hand I think 5 of his 7 Olympia physiques would win hands down almost to the point of if he looks like he did in them really good years in won’t matter how Brandon or bonac looks they better hope he isn’t on point lol cuz him even on point is some next level shit there only a hand full of bodybuilders ever who u can even compare to him at his 90% or better

In my opinion, he deserves to win even with that bloated midsection. He is better than all competitors in all other departments.

Best thing about Phil heath is: 1. Visible fibres in biceps and triceps 2. Low width of waist( v-taper) 3. Full body rounded muscle bellies 4. 3d and dense back 5. Complete legs in proportion 6. Rare forearms 7. Full body conditioning Worst thing about Phil heath is: 1. Bubble gut 2. Small frame 3. Small lats

Tbh narrow structure is both a strength and a weakness.

In 2016 I remember when you won. I had looked to you for inspiration while I dropped 175 pounds. Fast forward to 2020, I’ve put on 85 pounds back on, and you’re making a comeback. I’m with Phil Heath! I feel like I’m fallowing the same inspiration form then. Crazy. #philheathcomeback
