I knew absolutely nothing about Taiwan, but I fell in love with the country with this series. Amazed at how clean and well organised it is.
Thank you for recommending Taiwan for traveling, I feel proud to be a Taiwanese citizen.
Taiwan looks like an awesome place - I was surprised how clean and modern it looks...
I never had any interest in visiting Taiwan but after watching your entire series on Taiwan, I'm intrigued and have added visiting Taiwan to my bucket list.
I'm pretty sure i have never heard of milkfish before, But i am now 100% sure that i will find them and eat them !!!!!!!!!!
Other than lack of review on Taipei's crazy night life, this is probably the best vlog of Taipei and Taiwanese food ever. You make everything look so good! Thanks Mark!
I miss Taiwan much :(
the flaky flat bread looks exactly like laccha paratha, rather than chapati which is not normally oiled. roti just means bread. enjoyed this series thoroughly too. thank you very much!
Mark and Ying, the food looked as good as the pictures. Awesome!

Ever since I moved to the US I've been craving Taiwanese food... now I know how much I've been taking for granted when I was there lol. Then again I'm in Hawaii now and I'm still taking it for granted LOL
Mark I enjoyed the whole 12 days it almost felt like I were there with you, thank you!
Just finished all 12 of your Taiwan vlogs back to back. Good stuff!
If you love the taste of milkfish, you should take a visit to Tainan, where milkfish is produced there.
Well Mark and Ying. It has been wonderful seeing the sights and drooling over all the wonderful foods you've both experienced. Thank you for doing what you do. It has taught me something new every day.
