Yes. Don't know why it took so long but yes. Do full tours. Complete tours. Not missing a room of the mansion. Do more in New York as well as Los Angeles. Also go San Francisco or Miami. Go other parts of LA like Sherman Oaks or Hollywood or Malibu etc but making sure the tour is full is important because we mainly want to see it all

This is sensational. As an obsessive home tour watcher, this could well be the very best I’ve ever seen. It’s got the modern, but also classy, comfy vibes to it. Could actually live here and not feel you live in a show home, but could also have massive parties if that’s what you liked. This has everything. Absolutely amazing and great tour by you! World class at your job

I think you guys are 100%. This is overselling this and making this video about him and talking about every single part of this house before you ever gets he chance to see It. If this guy would just about 90% less and describe the rooms and focus the Camara off his stupid ass. It seems to be all about him and not the house. Enes has set the bar creativity and know when to speak and not too speak. I hope I am not over stating this.

so nice to entertain something for everyone I love these beautiful homes we built a 5200 sq ft house 40 years ago so it is antiquated now compare to these I love my 1 bedroom apt now I was 31 then now I am 76

This Bel Air mansion is wonderfully incredible stunning.

Others might try but no one can beat you as far as finding properties that blow your mind and leave you speechless - and you dont rush things as so many others often do - a first class amazing channel

This house beats The One in everything hands down. Construction costs around $50M (plus change). Absolutely love it. The only thing which kind of breaks the image is those portable The Home Depot heaters around the deck. They could have used some better ideas and used something which doesn’t look cheap

I think this is the nicest modern yet home feeling house I’ve seen in While. Lots of times developers build “show” or party houses that have no earth but this house is amazing and looks soo cozy

This may be the first house I’ve ever come across in LA that seems “worth” it’s asking price. Between the size, the location, and the decor, it’s extremely impressive. I’d guess the construction was around $52.7m including furnishings, maybe about $45m just in materials and labor

I really appreciate the way Enes does home tours. He keeps it about the house. Doesn’t make it about him or his personal life too much. Isn’t too loud, overly exaggerated, emotional, high strung, or animated. Focuses on specific details. Uses the correct and sometimes even over-intelligent terminology for everything. Acts like he’s seen mansions before. Very professional. Doesn’t try to be a comedian. Doesn’t try to flex. And not to mention his accent gives it an even more luxurious feel. I wish he did this home tour.

Stop with these childish comparisons. There are space for each and everyone. Although I love Enes' work (I'm a fan), I appreciate Ryan's energy as much (I'm a fan too). And I am happy each of them go with their own way and specs because what I hate the most in life in general is a copycat.

By far my favourite house on youtube this far it's like a massive estate but still feels like a family home. Love it.

40 minute tours 😍 for houses that you can actually justify spending 40 minutes on. But yeah mega mansions are always fun and its always good to catch Ryan outside of New York.

Excellent detailed tour, Ryan. This estate has everything most people would want(well, some would want a bowling alley). My estimate for the construction costs is 43mil.

That front door is enormous! I live for natural stone and it is everywhere in this home, leave the carpet behind. The grandeur is endless. The bethrooms are my favority passion for a unique tub..You did it again Ryan. A high spirited tour of a glorious Bel Air estate...till next time👍

The party goers & owners of this place seem to go to the bathroom quite a lot, at the same time. 8 bedroom and 21 bathrooms? I understand people who own & who are invited to places like this drink every second of the day, so they need to relieve themselves quite frequently; but still, 21 bathrooms is a bit extreme. At least 5 or 6 or those bathrooms could have been combined with the main hallway or living room into a truly eye popping room... worthy of a place that is basically $100M. But, yes, in terms of actual material & build quality, in a sensible way (not showy in a cheap, plastic, neon-light oversaturation manner).... very few other place around $100M could beat this. Unfortunately, the acreage is non-existence, for a place close to $100M, a price tag you could build an equally opulent place with at least 100 acres surrounding it, in 1800 like French style garden, in another equally nice but different environment.

The petrified wood, beautiful stone, and pools are my favourite things. This is special place. Also, I like your style of presenting such magnificence.

A few of my favs are the beautiful 16 burner range, views, privacy, our own tour guide (yeah Ryan!). It’s overwhelming.

Incredible furniture and views. No one, literally no one: Ryan "Look at this ceiling I mean... wow. And this floor has diamond patterns see here..."

Okay this is one of those homes I dreamt of when I was younger - except it didn’t have a mini food court & an all you can eat lollie buffet 😅 WHAT A HOUSE 😩

Made!! 💫 I had the opportunity to tour this home about two months ago, and it was absolutely incredible!! The lower level was a total wellness center, and the amenities in the home were insane! I’d say the dry sauna was my favorite. My guess for the total construction cost would be $44,250,888 ☺️

This is why super rich families often have subordinate families to the main like the Japanese do. If its mafia the managers are the family members or the trusted members. Basically the duty usually isn't on the buyer. He's far too rich and busy to worry about the estate.

OMG!!!! WOW, WOW, WOW This house is beyond AMAZING!!! This Spanish Style home is my kind of place with all that open outdoor space. The petrified wood countertop is pretty cool😎. The “her bathroom” tub and round wood floor is gorgeous. The coolest place was the downstairs entertainment floor. I love color and I loved the color lights. With 8 bars in the house, I’ll be drunk everyday before I go to bed🍷 Thank you for showing this Gorgeous house, it’s so much fun listening to you🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 The total construction cost is maybe 40 Million💙

This might the best house I have ever seen when it comes to stonework. So much of it, and such nice colors and patterns. And they all suit the rooms they are in very well (Only exception is the office. That stone was a little weird in color.)

@rrr rrr: If you want to see beautiful stonework, take a look at a New Jersey granite mansion that was 12 years in the making! Absolutely magnificent!!! Modern houses in LA have no character and appear cheap!

I would have to say that the craftsmanship for this home is exceptional and the attention to detail is unreal. The quality looks exceptional. I would guess that the construction costs of this home is in the ballpark of $55 million.

Ryan, just saw that you had made this tour and glad it was am extended one, looking forward to seeing this with you! today! I waited for this to be built saw the original spec video!! After it was built was very disappointed though that what was to have been the original two story large screen home theatre, and my favorite part of the house, was downsized to 1/4 of the size in the current version!! Still, like the 924 bel air that you did a while back, love the higher end properties that you cover!!!!! and Yes more extended ones, like this one,please:))

Ryan I think this is the best tour I’ve ever watched from you. I usually don’t care about the really big homes because they seem very museum like but this house feels very livable. I mean I could live there by myself. 😂 It’s an awesome house with all that you need and then some. So odd that your selling a 40,000 square foot home for 78 mill and then selling a penthouse that may be only be 10 to 20% of the size of this for almost twice the price. Great job Ryan.
