Whaaattttttt do you have to pay 700,000 property taxes a year so that means so the tax is almost a million a year that is insane so after ten year you can buy another mansion the taxes are more than a normal mansion wtffff. We don't pay that much property taxes in the Netherlands.

I didn’t know Caroline moved to Miami. The exodus continues, lol. I think $46m is very high for this one. They didn’t do themselves any favors with the interior design, particularly the fixtures. Still an amazing house, and as always, a fun tour with Michael and Adam.

This might be my favorite house you've shown. Definitely my style and colors and all that. Insane price tag as usual for Beverly Hills

Take a trip to Colorado and showcase the mansions that are in the mountains, they are so beautiful with large plots of land and nature.

A video of a luxury house during the building stages would be interesting. It would be cool to see it before the drywall gets put up. Most people have never seen all the wiring,plumbing & heating & air that goes into a large home.

Great home within Beverly hills I really like the design throughout the space. 39 or less than 46. But worth it. Best theater for price so far. Would need 24 hour security because of location visibility.

Beautiful home. Like you I love that home theatre. It definitely is the best one I have seen on this channel. My guess as to number of bottles would be about 2,000 bottles when you include the areas for cases. Although, the area for all the tequila is of way more use for me. I’d rather have a shot of tequila than a glass of wine! Nice to see the mechanical area of this home- will this be a recurring thing?
