And also, Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in the twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you're no longer accumulating but withdrawing, it's hard to be anything but cautious.

I've seen some mansions but the reason I like this one more is because while the normal mansions are just grey and bland with weird artwork to make up for it, this one actually looks fun to spend a full week at. Plus if Supercar Blondie approves, I do.

This is my house. I own it in an alternate timeline. Along with the ONE that’s damn near 300 mil. But I prefer to live in this one over that ONE. I call it the Bruce Wayne house, or the gatsby house. I also had the super car elevator painted in Lamborghini moronne. It’s a metallic copper brown tone that goes perfect with the rest of the floor

I’ll be teleporting back there, back to the the real world this Saturday around 11am. Yes guys this world we currently live in is a fake world. Along with a 355 Ferrari with the 458 speciale engine . Bugatti eb110 rebuilt by factory, and multiple sp3 Daytonas with ad personem giallo perlato lambo paint. I got a 959 rebuilt by Porsche nicer than Bruce canepas , and yes with a pdk. Ferrari f50 brand new rebuilt by factory. I got that Eric Clapton one off 458 in speciale spec. I had an e46 bmw m3 CSL built with the gtr flat plane crank v8. The p60 something… forgot the code name. 25th anniversary countach in that same moronne color, yes with a dual clutch. A white jesko , and a regera in That giallo perlato lambo paint. An e92 m3 built brand new. I got a mclaren slr mso built new, a satin white McLaren f1 with all mint greeen sueade interior. T50 s niki Lauda coach built to be street legal. A divo. I got it all. But all this material shits meaninglessness without family and friends behind you

Insane mansion but it’s a bit on the edge in a major earthquake or landslide that would turn into rubble. If I had the money I wouldn’t have the mansion there more on a flat surface just safer in my opinion.
