Agree, yes amazing, but for this amount of money should be standard: a helipad, geothermal heated or cooled glasshouse, seed factory, garage for repairing cars, aquaponics, vertical farming module, hydrogen reservoir, 3-D printing room and in a dome: a movable observatory for stars. For coming technological developments you need flying cars and small power plants. At a beach the possibility to go discover by own submarine the realm of the sea.

Most houses are to expensive, have always the same, and nothing for real survival. UPDATE: it sold in bankruptcy on 5/31/2022 for $45,760,000. Aaron wasn’t able to sell it & the owner had to go into bankruptcy. The person who bought it is the kid who won the $2 billion lotto.
im usually not a fan off show-offy and cold "modern" homes but the incorporation of warm elements in the interiors like the dark cabinetry, flooring and panelling have done a great job mellowing it down

I generally don't like huge ultra modern homes like this, but this one is awesome. It does have some warmth to it and a few of the rooms are actually livable. I'd lose the gold street numbers and mirrored gate though.

Not only is this another insanely pricey mansion in LA vicinity, but thanks to the unique architecture and interior design, the whole setup, I’m sure any willing buyer who can afford one will likely make a split-second decision to acquire the property for everything it is, has, is worth, and represents (less the overinflated ’NFT’ factor in the still gorgeous garage, probably soon to be replaced by some real art).

Um....this sold for WAY less. It barely got bought. A plastic surgion actually had this built and was going to live in it a bit and then flip it. When he couldn't afford to maintain it, he had to sell it. He then went bankrupt 😂😂
This would be the perfect show-off, party house. But for me it does not feel like a home,..too blingy. I am also missing a nice gym and spa tbh. But I guess I am not the target group anyways lol. Great tour though, MADE IT. Chandelier: 150.000 view: 8.500.000
