Really love how even though Okuu isn’t a story-relevant boss like Miko, Mokou, or Remilia, she still gets to use her own theme for her fight instead of Old Yuanxian

Chang'e The Volume They were too lazy remixing themes for each characters. I like Saïx and Isa (depression), and I also like putting my little touch in it, if you see the pic clearly.

The game does a good job at making Touhou's various boss battle themes fit in with a Pokemon-styled RPG game, don't you think?

+ShadowWolfTJC I agree, they're very fitting. I also think the 3-frame sprite animations tie in nicely with the beat of some of the songs, such as 0:28 here.

Same with me i beat remilia on first try( my starter is defense suika and i have extra kisume with hope mask), miko is harder than remilia, i fight kanako with overleveled suika but still need a few tries
