Where do you put liquid fabric softener?? Sad the washer didn’t come with a how to use booklet. It just had installation. One more page wouldn’t have cost much.

Good Question. I started washing my clothes on the whites setting and changing the water temperature to cold or cool. I pour my fabric softener in the bleach dispenser in hopes that it would release. So far, it works. But I use that liquid Downy Rinse. It's not as thick.

I had trouble also make sure you put deep water at every wash and it will clean the clothes there is a dispenser for bleach one cup limit and I just put some on the clothes as well inside for fabric softener you just add it in inside your clothes and also it has button for softner so it will sense it during wash when added

Spot cleaning your clothes prior to wash. I think that’s great I don’t have to do it in my side sink.

How much bleach should be added to the dispenser when washing white clothes?

I agree with most of these comments. Why can't there be simple/ easy instructions on how to operate this dang washing machine? Why is there a soak cycle and the dang water goes out with your soap? Why is there a soak cycle. I dont want a soak cycle that is automatic. Yes it is very loud! I'm going to have Costco take it back. The young lady that made the video on how to use it, thank you very much. I'm going to try it again.

I hate this washer too

I hate this machine... There is nowhere to put fabric softener my clothes never come clean enough i will never send my husband to get a washer again because im stuck with this one til it falls apart... Every weekend i spend 150 at the damn laundry mat just so i get clean clothes....

This washer sucks

This machine is terrible. Worst purchase I ever made. Since the machine does not submerge the clothes is not in a full tube of water, your clothes is left with detergent stains because not enough water in the washer tube to dissolve the clothes detergent. Please don't buy this product

My ONE issue is getting the Deep Water to adjust button does seem to do anything? Timing?

This is the worst washing machine in the world, don't buy this crap.
