I honestly think I need to improve my exsplosiveness a little bit, so I wrote down ALL the exercise listed in this video including the variations. I also watched all 3 phases of the "Full Plyometric Workout" vids and wrote all those exercises down as well. I'm very glad I found this channel because I genuinely think it'll help me for my next soccer season.💯😄

Make sure you train your lateral movements: bounds, lateral hops/jumps, lunges, sled pulls, etc. We have a good video on improving lateral quickness. scroll through our content. good luck.

Yes, perform plyometrics before strength training.
