As an American I disagree with Daz it has nothing to do with jealousy but more to do with our military and government involvements in wars in these 3rd world countries. We gotta stop thinking we do good all the time when we don't and have to recognize the bad shit that goes on here too. Same for the UK nothing wrong with loving your country but also recognize the bad shit and accept it.

Yep, a big part is the US' influence on the world. Militarily and politicly. However, a large part is definitely jealousy. Same applies to the UK. Just like how poor people hate the rich. It's because they have what you don't. Powers and superpowers will always be hated.

I'm kind of bummed out that we didn't get #1. My fellow Americans, we must put in the effort to make it to #1 in 2023.

The actions of our Govt to the Indigenous Native Americans 400 years ago was insidious, we literally took their land from them. We ended up Colonizing them, by forcing them to adapt to our English language & European lifestyle. Later, we bought the African Ppl & brought them to US & forced them to work on our plantations as slaves. It disgusts me still today knowing how horrendous our Govt’s actions were. Later, it seems US has been involved in too many wars. I understand the need for WW1 & WW2, but think most of the other wars & skirmishes were unnecessary. Other Countries agree with me on this. However, it was not our citizens decision, it was the decision of whichever Govt Administration that was in office thru the years. Perhaps one day we will have world wide peace. We have also given humanitarian aide to whatever Country needed it. Our military is strong & ready to help protect other Nations should they need it. So, I guess we can get some attaboys along with some boos. Im just glad that we have many allies now even with all our scars. Unfortunately, the Administration we have now is corrupt to the bone & not working for our citizens. There is a lot of division of our people right now, and it’s hurting our Country. Time will tell how it works out.

We had a war to end slavery when part of the country was happy to enslave other human beings, there was always a resistance to the treatment of native Americans and black Americans- hence the civil rights movement. Anti war protests against the Korean and Vietnam wars. We are resisting the woke lunatics-lot of whom will be voted out of office next month. President Trump was a president who made an effort to not start wars and tried to end a lot of our conflicts, but he was always slandered and his twitter insults didn’t help his case. Yes, a lot of Americans are ignorant of other cultures. They are ignorant because they are not taught about other cultures and many just don’t care to know. Not sure which is worse. Still, I don’t see that as a reason to hate another country. Too many foreigners come here for a better life and those same countries that hate us love to sell us their products. You can’t be satan incarnate and still be the number one destination for people all over the world to come to for the last three centuries. Doesn’t make sense. I believe it is a bit of jealousy. Our stubbornness and ignorance of others makes us more innovative, makes us think outside the box and makes us different. Warts and all. People are hated for being different and countries can be hated for being different too. That’s the USA. And btw I’m not disagreeing with countries who legit hate us for invading other countries, bullying and our government just doing bad things. Wars are very financially rewarding to a corrupt government. Wars are the perfect time to launder money. No one is following the money used in wartime or tracing the billions upon billions donated to other Countries in wartime, let’s just use Ukraine as a very expensive example. The US has given them close to 60 billion dollars in aid, plus billions of dollars of military equipment. All this money came straight out of the taxes our citizens have paid in. Does anyone get it yet? Because of the New world order Government coup putting in puppet Biden the Americans are hurting financially, and we the people need help as well. “Charity begins at home” I believe the saying goes , it’s agreed we should aid others in need. However, our elected or UNELECTED leaders as in the Bidens case needs to serve America first. Saw a video just today of Nazi Zelenski begging for more financial aid. Putin has stated long ago he’s ready to talk with them, but Zelenski is rolling in money from this war & has no plans to agree to talk. Does anyone get it yet? Seems every few weeks we hear puppet Biden saying he’s giving more & more aid to Ukraine. Wonder why he can’t give aid to his own citizens from our own money. Money laundering is the reason, puppet Biden is getting kickbacks & stuffing his bank account in Switzerland, while the American people are losing their homes & can’t afford food & medicines. Corrupt as heck. Does anyone get it yet?

Germany did a good job of post-war de-nazification and fully recognises everything bad that happened, nothing to be mad at them for by this point. Though it's worth mentioning in the decades after the war 50's/60's Germans weren't really welcome showing their faces around the rest of Europe much because of the trauma in other countries, and a lot of Germans still alive then had actually took part in that.

I went to israel and knly had one passport at the time (but i worked in mainly muslim countries), i spoke to passport control and got them not to stamp my passport. Couple of days later i was on a boat going offshore and this guy dressed in black came in, we all had to sign a thing to say we never seen him (fck knows why ha) then he asked to see the stamps in our passports.... i waited til everyone else had shown theirs but long story short, the passport control screwed up and had no record of me and thats the first time ive had a gun held to my head haha. Loved the cou try though other than that ha

Daz is wrong about people hating the US because they are jealous. He just needs to read about everything the USA has done around the world. I think Daz would be pretty pissed off if the US did that in the UK. If they were to crash the economy then help a dictator take power. Then take all the resources while he would live in misery then he would also be angry. ok, i've been watching some of these guys' videos. the surprise that uk could be so hated and the quick brush offs is staggering. it's not like people in Ireland don''t hear true stories from their grandparents about the atrocities committed by the british. I was living in Belfast 20 years ago and the shit I heard was horrible to say the least. For me the worst are: 1: Russia, aside from the harm they are doing in Ukraine atm they just seem like a monstrously failed society in general that offers no future to it's citizens and can't seem to do anything right. 2: Saudi Arabia, I read that they are going to execute a bunch of tribesmen who protested against being removed from their land to make way for that 'line' vanity project (not even getting into the other stuff.) 3: North Korea, they are more cruel than even Russia but they are more confined to their own borders and don't have the capacity to do the widespread harm that Russia is currently doing. US isn't perfect...but I'm happier living under their global influence than I am Russia's or China's, though I think people who live in countries that got couped by the US govt/CIA have every right to be pissed off with them for not letting them pick their own futures. I don't think it's always as simple as pure envy.

I’m American & agree. Our Government has done a lot of sketchy stuff. I recently saw a list of all the wars we have started or stuck our noses in & it was shocking. I was ashamed of our Country’s past for the first time since slavery & segregation. Ashamed of our Government, but not our people. If the citizens had the power to stop our Govt from its love of wars the world would be a different place now. Of course, we should always be available to help when needed, but we have gone too far. To be fair, we have got too big for our britches.
