The pink Art Deco era/1920s, piece is actually the holder for a 'Doris Dorie Charme Volupte, Dresser Set'!! It held a set of various bottles of beauty products, that all fit snuggly inside.

I visited Carlisle today! Went to Bedford street and saw your booths. definitely a bucket list item.

I was thinking the same thing. My grandmother had that set. My aunt has it now. Sometimes it's good to pick up those extra pieces. People are often missing a piece and will buy it to complete a set they have.

The wood piece with the giant vase, crow and watermelon is primitive style art. If you check out cross-stitched samplers you will see that was a common practice in their pieces🤗

That double aqua leaf dish with the gold trim was made in the late 50’s or early 60’s.

I really love the sun & moon mirrors, even with the mirror missing in the moon. I had some almost identical to them many years ago. I will have to watch & see where you sell them because I would love to buy them from you!

Buy a cat missing an ear, a vase from Italy that is chipped and not buy the beautiful blue dish trimmed in gold…California pottery you said. I’m trying to understand. That dish was gorgeous. I’m selling on Marketplace tons of glassware bc I’m older and we are planning to downsize from a three story house to a one level house. If something is chipped I won’t sell it on marketplace….waiting for a moving out sale. Best wishes.

I prefer not buying chipped stuff, but some people will buy it though. It's nice that some will give it a home. Ilove California pottery and have a few pieces. I am downsizing so l am getting fussy about what I keep and buy. I am only keeping what I really, really love.

Would you ever consider doing a video explaining or showing us what such and such means. For example, flash painted, reverse painted, inverted, how to tell the different materials - silver, pewter, plastic, resin and anything else you’d like to impart. You have such an amazing knowledge base it would be great to learn more. Thank you x

She has explained all of those things in her past videos. If you are new to the CLL, her videos are a wealth of information. I think maybe a video just on those things would be beneficial to newbies, because she does have a lot of back vids to catch up on.

I remember learning so much from Crazy Lamp Lady's early videos! I had just started poking around antique and vintage shops, looking for fun surprises, when I was told about her channel. CLL's videos taught me so much about MCM furniture, vintage lamps, china, glass - what stuff is collectible now, how to know a good deal when you see one - good times! I imagine there are many new viewers who could benefit from early videos!

that candle holder you passed on, was designed to be a yule log. During yule you place candles and light. Yule starts around the Winter Solstice.
