    You can fill the bottles with sand and then add water its soo much heavier.

    Do water bottles really help or do you need regular iron weights? Because a 2L bottle of Coke in each hand would be about 4 kg overall. Is that enough to show changes?

    tuan danial Personally for me I train my fat burning circuit (on my page) in the morning 5 days a week and will do this circuit in the evening 3 days a week. Once it gets easier I will increase my reps and add more reps. Hope this helps. 👍🏾

    i also can't do even singel pushup in march 2020 but in lockdown i started pushup from 1 and now i can do 30 - 40 pushups in row......you can start beginners pushups and also start bench press,it helps to make chest wide and big.......

    Moayad Saad Aldein I personally do this 3 days a week and once it gets easy for me I increase my rep range. Before I begin with this workout I do my fat burning workout in the morning before food to get the best results. Hope this helps bro. More content will be up soon.

    Rishav Rathour Yes, this is for toning and fat loss so it will help you lose fat whilst building muscle. If you find it’s easy then increase your rep range. Hope this helps
