    Gonna try for 2 weeks for now Left thigh: 61cm Right thigh: 61cm Goal: 50cm Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ + went for a 2 hour walk! Day 4: X Day 5: ✅ + went for a 3 hour walk! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅✅ did it twice today! Week 1 results: Left thigh: 60cm Right thigh: 60cm Not much of a difference guys! But when I wore my jeans I swear I already felt them be more loose than usual. My aunt said I look slimmer too. I didn't change my diet but I'm planning on going on a calorie deficit. I'll still continue doing this :) Day 8: sorry guys i have a fever i’ll start again in about 1-2 days Like to remind?

    Doing this for a month! If you see this, please remind me! Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ It's pretty easy. There isn't too much of a burn. The stretches at the end feel great. Day 3: ✅ It felt a bit easier today. Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Yay almost one week! Day 7: ✅ I saw my friends today so I wasn't able to do this until almost midnight. I think it still counts. Yay one week done! Day 8: ✅ I think my thighs look a little slimmer! It isn't a huge difference because I'm not taking any measurements, so I'm going by visible results. Day 9: ✅ The workout goes by pretty quickly now. My thighs also feel slightly tighter! Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ My thighs are getting so much tighter and a bit slimmer! This is definitely the most effective slim thigh workout I've tried! It isn't a drastic change since I've been doing it for less than two weeks, but I still think that there's a visible difference. This workout is great because it not only targets all parts of the thighs (inner, outer, front, and back), but it also doesn't bulk up your legs. Day 14: ✅ Yay two weeks done! Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Yay over halfway done with the challenge! Day 17: ✅ I'm so happy, it feels like my muscles are slimming down a little bit too! Day 18: ✅ I went berry picking with my grandma for the day so I did the workout a bit later. I also wanted to mention that I haven't changed my diet at all during this time. Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Yay almost three weeks done! Day 21: ✅ Yay three weeks done :)! Day 22: ✅✅ Did the workout twice today. Also, I went shopping with my grandma a couple days ago and noticed that my legs looked a bit slimmer and longer! Day 23: ✅ Day 24: ✅

    Right leg: 47 cm Left leg: 47 cm Pls remind me Day 1: ✅ it was ok Day 2: ✅ i was tired Day 3: ✅ my thighs was burning Day 4: ✅ i was used to it but still burning Day 5: ✅ it was easy now Day 6: ✅ easy at first burn at end Day 7: ✅ omg Sadly i barely lost anything but i went from 47 to like 46,5 so i guess thats something :) Im gonna keep going for until its 40 i think :)) will keep yall updated Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Results after 2 weeks: right leg= 44,5cm left leg= 44cm wowww 2cm difference!! I can also see its getting slimmer! Gonna continue. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Didnt rlly lose any. Right leg: 43,5 cm left leg: 44 cm. Im gonna keep going tho! Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Day 24: ✅ Day 25: ✅ Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ Right leg: 43cm left leg: 43cm Wow im gonna keep going i need to lose 3cm more! Day 28: ✅ Day 29: ✅ Day 30: ✅ Day 31: ✅ In the end its 43cm on both legs. I lost 4 cm off my thighs in a month so im really happy. I was eating heathy and i still am. I also did the workout with a slimming inner thighs workout. Im gonna stop now and do a new slimming thigh workout because i think my legs are used to it now and will stop getting smaller.     Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start . Oh I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not very fluid in English (• ▽ •;)

    Thighs- 54cm Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ I feel the burn 🔥 Day 3 : ✅ I woke up and my left thigh hurt a lot , but I still did it. Day 4 : ✅ it was alright, I also did a 3 hour gymnastics practice today, I’m not seeing results yet though. Day 5 : ✅ I did it, I’m eating healthy and limited sugar. Also I’m trying to take as much steps as I can day! Day 6 : ✅ I did it fine + a mad fit dance workout + 2hour gymnastics practice. I have been eating in a calorie deflict, so hopefully soon I see some results soon!

    Doing it for 30 days. Remind me to do it please, I know I'll probably forget haha! Thighs- Inches: 19.5" Centimeters: 50 cm (49.5cm, but we round up.) Day 1: ✅Complete! Obviously no difference yet, and pretty easy. Day 2: ✅Complete! Similar to before in difficulty and size, but I could definitely feel my thighs burning. (Starting a diet today! I'm fasting between meals and eating healthier foods/no junk.) Day 3: ✅Did it just in the nick of time! Wooo! Also, I broke my diet already... I'll do better tomorrow, promise! Good luck!! Day 4: ❌ Sadly I missed it today. I'm going to do 2 sets tomorrow to make up for it! Day 5: ❌ Wow I'm *really* bad at this- so sorry! My diet has fallen through also... Okay, I'm going to work even harder now, so this won't happen again! (Also, I did... kinda.. lose track of days... I think I've gotten them right now! Crossing my fingers!) Day 6: ✅Complete! Did 2 sets today to make up for the past ones, will do two tomorrow also then go back to normal. Going to pick up my diet again!! Let's get motivated! Day 7: ✅Complete! Ah, it's the end of the week already? I don't think I got the best results due to the two missed days, but it's only seven days out of thirty, so we still have a bunch to go! I did two sets today, one at noon and one before bed. Good luck! Day 8: ✅ Complete! It's getting easier, but I can definitely feel the burn. Day 9: ✅Complete! Even though I did this really late, I'll count it for today. I'm going to be discontinuing this. I'm extremely busy as of now and have been feeling pretty lazy, sadly! I don't think it did much for me, but considering I missed a few days and my diet flew out the window, it was doing pretty well! My thighs were basically the same size everyday, even with having a lot of junk food or large intakes of food prior. I would suggest the following from my own results and how to improve them: - Do a diet of healthy fruits and vegetables full of good nutrients. I often had an apple or some other combination of fruits and yogurt- which is optional- for breakfast, a light lunch, then a larger dinner that had proteins and grains (food grouping wise, I didn't literally have grains-.) that balanced out the minimal lunch. Please note that I was doing this when my legs were improving, before my diet died out. - Stretch. Stretch, stretch, *stretch.* I cannot stress how important this step is. **Do not skip stretching after your workout.** (Edit: Someone in the comments asked a good question on why it's so important to stretch! Firstly, your muscles *will* hurt. You've just worked them and used them in a lot of different ways, so they're bound to ache and tense up. If you don't stretch, they won't be prepared to work even harder the next day, and *it will hurt.* Trust me, I've made the mistake of not stretching after I work out. Let me just say that I'll never make that mistake again-. And secondly, it helps so much with your flexibility and makes you able to perform the workout to its fullest! Hope this helps!) - Lastly, take it one day at a time. Don't immediately say you're going to do 30 days or 40 days, because you yourself don't even know what your body will feel like at the end of the first *5* days. Remember, everyday is important, and even if nothing is happening, stick to it! Don't pull a me! :,D

    I am gonna update this everyday Measurement: Right thigh - 45cm (18.5inch) Left thigh - 45cm Day 1: ✅ Completed the exercise but a little bit tired Day 2: ✅ I did it twice Day 3: ✅ I was sick but I still did it because she said 'fighting'!     Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!

    I’m trying to do this for 2 months to get a glow up before school starts 🌷 (please like to remind me🔔) Start: 55cm Goal: 50cm ---------------- Week 1 Day 1: Done ✅ Day 2: Done easy✅ Day 3: Done ✅ Day 4: Done ✅ Day 5: 🚫 (I’m sick and threw up but I will get back to the workout asap) Day 6: 🚫 Day 7: 🚫 Results: No huge difference but I haven’t done it that much + I was thinking about adding some cardio to see quicker results ---------------- Week 2 Day 8: ✅ did it twice!! + added some 10 min cardio Day 9: ✅ did it twice Day 10: 🚫 Day 11: 🚫 Day 12: 🚫 Day 13: 🚫 (sorry was away with my friends on a mini trip) Day 14: ✅ Results: I’ve lost 1cm off my thighs so far, I’ve been active even though I haven’t done this workout that much. Trying to get back at it tho🤞

    it actually works for me, I measured mine as 55cm on Monday, and now it's Friday, decreased to 50cm, I also work out with the Rosie Graham program, eating 16:8, and doing some workouts at the gym for 1.5 hours. Not changing that much to see the abs and the toned leg, but I feel healthier and more slim/ flexible.

It does not demand a lot of energy. I also did Lilly Sabri lose belly and back fat in 14 days. Day 2:✅it was easy but it kinda burns at the end.     Doing this with another HIIT workout for hopefully a month. Tight: 55cm Day 1: didn't really feel much while doing it, probably bc this was the last workout of the day and I just couldn't feel my legs in general :DD Day 2: I did this workout first today and I definitely felt more of a burn so I will keep doing this first. I did it 2 times but I switched some of the moves. Day 3: I did this once before my HIIT workout, maybe will do it once more after it. I haven't seen a change in my measurements so far. Update - I did do it once more. Day 4 - skipped Day 5 - I did it once after the HIIT workout ( my legs are dead :D ) Day 6 - not home today, but I did it! Day 7! - finished the week, but I’ve been eating a lot so I’m not expecting much difference. I will keep doing this alongside my HIIT workout and I’m starting a harsh diet tomorrow so we’ll see how much the measurements change after that. ( 1 week ) Thigh: 54,6 cm Ate a lot, and gained a bit of weight, so I’m surprised the measurements dropped. Let's do better this week! Day 8 - stopped following the video, I just do every move till failure now. Day 9 - did it till failure again. I feel like this is 2 times better. I feel like the muscles are working so much more this way!!! Day 10 - only did a few of the moves. Was super busy.

    Started this workout yesterday, but I thought it would be good to start keeping a check of my results. My thigh measurements really really made me feel bad about myself 😢 Left Thigh: 71cm Right Thigh: 75cm Day 1: ✅ wasn’t too tiring and didn’t take a break Day 2: ✅ feeling tired, but feeling positive Edit: I’m back with all the motivation from the reply section! Thank you all! I’m going to start again today and do it for the next 5 days to help me commit! Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Edit 2: I really am inconsistent (my excuse would be exams and loads of stress - I also tried to diet but it didnt really help my brain power while studying) .     No honestly I’ve been doing it for a 5 days or so, and I’ve been eating healthy foods and doing other workouts but I think I’ve gained a cm in my thighs!! Idk, it’s not working for me but I’ll continue to do it for about 2 weeks

    Star Dust yes it is all about trying and seeing what your body can do because someone can lose 3 cm and someone else could lose just 1 , but it does not mean it is not working it just means we are not all built the same . But this does work so do not give up🤩

    I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

    I will do this for one month and write here the results everyday! Right Leg: 51 cm Left Leg: 51 cm Goal: As much as I can! Day 1:✅ I did it once and I felt my thighs burn. I don’t see any changes for now Day 2:✅ I did it once again and my legs burned even more than yesterday. I still don’t see any changes Day 3:✅ Did it once and it was easier than yesterday. I’m not sure but my legs seem a little bit slimmer Day 4:✅ Did it and it was a lot easier. I don’t see any changes compared to yesterday Day 5:✅ Did it and it started coming very easy to me. I am planning to do this twice a day if I have enough time. I can see small changes in my leg Day 6:✅ Did it once and I felt really good while I was doing. It was fun and I was very energetic too. My legs look the same compared to yesterday Day 7:✅ I did it twice today and I feel very exhausted. I still enjoyed and had fun. I can see that my legs look different compared to day one 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 48 cm Left Leg: 48 cm Total loss in one week: 3 cm Day 8:✅ Did it once and I feel good. I can notice the changes in my leg. By the way, I realized that this exercise can make your stomach flatter too Day 9:✅ Did it once again but today I got tired more than yesterday. I can see changes Day 10:✅ Did it once and my thighs burn but it’s worth it. I always think about the legs I want to achieve when I feel tired and want to give up. Trust me, it hypes you up Day 11:✅ I did it only once today and I feel good. I realized that the streches at the end works very good too. I can open my legs more than before when I try to do splits Day 12:✅ Did it once again and I realized that my legs look better than before when I wear flare jeans. I feel better and more confident about it Day 13:✅ I did it once and I’m very excited for the update day because I feel like the results will motivate me very much Day 14:✅ Did it once and I did it lightly because I’m on my special day 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 46 cm Left Leg: 46 cm Total loss in one week: 2 cm Total loss in two weeks: 5 cm Day 15:❌ I didn’t do it because I wasn’t feeling so good and I was not energetic Day 16:✅ Did it once and I feel better. I feel guilty because I didn’t do it yesterday Day 17:✅ Did it once again. I see differences and I will try not to skip this exercise everyday Day 18:✅ Did it once and today, my thighs hurt but I don’t know why. I hope that it will be easier tomorrow Day 19:✅ Did it once and the back of my legs were a little sore from yesterday. I’ve realized that this exercise can help you improve your muscles too Day 20:✅ Did it once and the soreness of my legs are gone thankfully. I’m looking forward for the measurments day Day 21:✅ Did it once and I am starting to get stretchier thanks to the streches at the end of the exercise 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 45 cm Left Leg: 45 cm Total loss in one week: 1 cm Total loss in three weeks: 6 cm Day 22:❌ I didn’t do it because I was tired and unmotivated Day 23: ✅ Did it once and it was easy Day 24:✅ Today, I did it once and it hurted a little bit Day 25:✅ Did it only once again and I feel the burning Day 26:❌ I couldn’t do it because I was studying hard for my history exam Day 27:✅ I did it only one time and I feel relaxed Day 28:✅ I did it once and this is the final day of the exercise! 🎉UPDATE🎉 Right Leg: 44 cm Left Leg: 44 cm Total loss in one week: 1 cm Total loss in four weeks: 7 cm 🌟FINAL RESULTS🌟 Starting measurments: 51 cm in both legs Final measurments: 44 cm in both legs Total: -7 cm in both legs ❗️IMPORTANT NOTES AND TIPS❗️ While doing this exercise for one month, I sometimes wanted to give up but I never did because I kept remembering if there’s no pain, you won’t gain anything. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise.     Guys i havent kept track but ive been doing this excersice for a while with some acceptable time breaks If you stay consistent your results will be faster but even if you dont i got my results too its a minor difference but dieting and other excercises like walking biking a bit of running not too much since it builds a bit of muscle will help you get your results this workout is so useful after cardio you ACTUALLY feel the burn in the thighs then. Goodluck and remember youre beautiful the way you are and the effort you put into yourself is enough! ❤
