Hi! I just want to say thank you for providing such professional and essential products; particularly as a Black woman during a time when global pandemics prevent us from going about life and fitness as normal and racial injustice in our world makes people need positive outlets like wellness program to relieve stress. As person also approaching 30 soon, it is motivational to see attainable goals that push me without damaging my body in the long-run. The videos you all provide are concise, educational, well-filmed, allow for modifications for various fitness levels and are organized in a manner that makes it simple to target certain body areas at a time during at home workouts. Thx so much for your work out videos. I stay away from floor workouts that require me to be my on my knees & this one was very good. I know enough arm exercises to alternate being on my knees, but I had to modify that only once w/ this routine. Thx again!

Iman Bahimi Hi! I have been working out with them since mid-March (since COVID pandemic). I love al their workouts! Most videos are 10 mins so you get to create your own workout regimen. I have finished their upper body, lower body, and full body playlists and I am so much stronger. Before pandemic, I was comfortable with 8lbs dumbbells at the gym but slowly working my way up to 10lbs. Since working out with @MrandMrsMuscle, I am now using 10 lbs for upper and 15 lbs for lower body workouts. And I’m ready to increase my weight for lower body moves. My fitness goal is to build muscles. However, if your goal is to lose weight, I highly recommend their cardio playlist. I am currently ticking of that playlist as well and trust me, their cardio workouts are SO MUCH FUN!!! Hope this helps!
