The hollow point has a flat sharp edge and seems a bit faster than the others. The wadcutter bullet was made to cut a clean hole for easier scoring. A cardboard target will show cleaner holes with the round nosed bullet.

The shape of the bullet makes all the difference in the hole it creates. The more flat the tip of the bullet is such as a wadcutter profile the better it will cut through the paper in a round hole. This is why the hollow points appear to have the most round looking holes. The sharper round nose design bullets tear through the paper showing irregular shaped holes. If you put up thicker paper the holes will appear more round. Cardboard will make them appear even more round

Takes a little bit of fitting but Beretta 84 grips work on it

Hey RR. I found a great solution for those grip panels. I found that this pistol was tearing up my thumb as well. At NC Ordnance, they have reproduction beretta 84 grips that work really well. They are a urethane type that is better than the regular beretta cheap plastic grips. These will fit just fine with a little modification. First, the lower hole in the grips will be off about 1mm. These more flexible grips from NC will allow you to line up the screw through the hole without breaking the grip. Just tighten down until the screw seats. (you might want to make a tiny relief cut around the hole) No problem. Secondly, you will want to sand the lower front of these grips to get rid of that Beretta forward curve. End result: A good looking solid pair of grips that won't hurt your hand when firing. They come in black or ivory. I hope that this helps and makes sense. Jim

lok grip needs to be fitted if using the beretta 84 pattern.

Those are not keyholes, just typical , non-wadcutter bullet holes.
