Finally a makeover with "tiny" in the title, that really IS tiny! love it!

Right?! I lived in studios for years that could never fit a bed AND a full sofa. (In my opinion, if you can fit a bed and a full sofa, you are living in a LOFT 😂.) ❤️

FOR. REAL. So tired of seeing makeovers for studio apartments that are just huge apartments with open floor plans. I used to live in a matchbox and slept next to my oven.
Finally, a person who does realistic, practical makeovers! Love it!

It’s my whole channel goal. Thank you for watching!
As someone who lives in a tiny apartment, I really liked this makeover. You made it tidy and spacious at the same time. I myself have a huge freezer in the closet. 😁 And I also loved the way you and Chelsea worked together. I would love to see her back more times as your assistant.
@LaughCryDIY
2 жыл бұрын
Ooh interesting about your freezer. Always cool to hear how other people are using their space. He originally had a full fridge but you could barely maneuver around. So it’s the best hack.
I NEVER heard of liquid starch and fabric as wallpaper…this is perfect timing. I’m definitely going to do this. Thanks 😊 new subbie 💕

@@CAM-fq8lv great question. From my understanding, they use wheat paste, which is a concoction with flour/water.

@Carolinagirl1028

@@sct4040 You can make molding removable, just hang it using double sided tape on the back. Since it doesn’t need to be weight bearing double sided tape should be sufficient to keep it up but will also make it easily removable when needed.

There is a bathroom! A small door tucked between the kitchen and main room. The kitchen is sweet and tiny. Maybe we’ll get in there one day.
A safety tip for those with long hair who plan on using a drill, or something similar. Be sure to first put your hair up out of the way so that it doesn't get caught in the drill while it's rotating. That will save you from getting scalped.

Pre washing fabric before you use it is always a good idea, no matter what you're doing with it, not only for the pre shrinking but also removing the sizing they add to the fabric, that will interfere with a lot of processes and products. 🍃🤗🍃

Loved the fabric hack. My teen son always gets the walls filthy in his room as we rent and the paint is the standard cheap low quality apartment flat paint that shows everything. I'm going to attempt to do this weekend. You made it seem effortless. Hope I have the same experience ! I love how the contrasting bedding looks against the wall. I also would love to add the shelving around the room . One step at a time. Ty for the ideas ! New subscriber.
