TINNITUS Ear Ringing | 10 Minute Daily Routines

Tinnitus is ringing in the ears caused by excessive heat in the head. From an energy perspective, this heat needs to escape to prevent the brain from damage, and when it comes out of the ears it causes a ringing sound that can be very disruptive to one's wellbeing. Try this 10 minute routine to help ear ringing.

WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

    A third scenario - the head is cool and the abdomen is warm, along with ringing in the ears. Spiritually, ringing in the ears alludes to the higher consciousness energies endeavoring to connect with the person in question (generally, a spiritually higher awareness being), thereby their vibrational resonance creates such sounds, even as the subconscious mind attempts imbibing those messages.

    I don't have tinnitus but I do tend to have fire up water down. I tried this video myself to teach my husband and son who have ear issues. I'm not someone who throws up easily at all, but opening my mouth really wide after all those other exercises made me really nauseous and I actually did throw up a little. Can you explain energetically what might have happened? It might be worth mentioning that I had already been yawning prior to that part of the video.

  • @BrainEducationTV

    Hey Dani, thanks for sharing your experience. Don't worry or be afraid at all that you threw up- it's actually pretty normal to happen when you're releasing a lot of deeply rooted tension. Congrats! You just experienced a big release from your jaw joints. If you keep doing it, I promise the nausea will be less and less and your brain will feel more clear and fresh from the continuous opening. Give it a try and let me know!

    My tinnitus came from lost of hearing I lost my high pitch hearing in both ears. 9 years ago. 'I have a buzzing in the head 24-7 it's louder at night. 'I went to Duke University in Durham NC their the best Doctors. They said they wasn't anything they could do for It i lost my nerves. We have a enter ear and a outer ear. Mind came from the enter ear. The nerves that goes from the ear drum to the brain. When the brain can't ear any more. It sets up there and makes its own noise. It's terminal and Chrome. At first I had a time. But the Doctors said it wouldn't go away. And it hasn't so I just live with it, 'I try to watch what I eat. Some food like salt 🧂 spices. Sugar. It quites it down a little I can't smoke. Or Drink wines or Alcohol. It blows my head off, it's a bad thing to have...

  • @letsinvestigateit
    @letsinvestigateit9 күн бұрын

    Well your brain is not over heated. You are dehydrated. And it has to do with your gall bladder and parasites in your stomach that are creating your body to not function properly. YOu have to take to certain stuff to clear all the bad parasites out of your body. And it is usually in your stomach. But you can also get parasites in your head, inner ear etc. The bacteria causes an infection and boom you have tinnitus. I can't even say how to cure it cause all my messages are removed cause I am not a doctor and you will be miserable for a few days but the tinnitus will go away and slowly die off over a week. Also the first thing you do need to do is fast for at least 18 hrs and that helps kill a lot of the bad crap in your stomach. People think its hard to fast. it really is not. I start around 6 :00 pm at night and i sleep through it until 12 pm the next day to eat. But again you check your doctors before anyone tries anything. But what htis lady is saying about water and fire. That is all created because of parasites and bad bacteria in your body. The best way to do it is talk to a dietition and tell them all your problems that you have wiith your body. They will know what you need to take to fix yourself.

  • @letsinvestigateit
    @letsinvestigateit9 күн бұрын

    I wouldn't recomment anyone punching their stomach for 10m. The reason its warmer at the belly is cause your skin is being punched ffor 10m. Your skin is warmer not your actual stomach. Punching your. stomach for 10m can cause your stomach organs to swell up. This makes no sense to me.
