Just wanted to say that I had tinnitus for a month or so, and then it disappeared. I remember watching this video my first week and feeling very scared that it would not go away, but it did. Just saying, in case anyone is feeling nervous about it out there! My best advice is to try to distract yourself from the sound and try to relax when you hear it. Now I don’t hear it anymore.

I've had Meniere's disease for about 4 yrs now with constant nonstop tinnitus. As of the last few months the ringing has been the worst, to the point I couldn't hear at all out of my right ear. The ringing is so loud it's truly driving me crazy. I watched this video and the exercise of using your index finger to flick at the back of your head helped so so much. It hasn't completely stopped but it's certainly much quieter. I'm sitting in tears that for a moment in 4 yrs my life seems so much quieter. Thank you for this blessing ♡

Recently started high-pitched ringing in ears... not every day but sometimes all day. Thought it might be blood pressure fluctuations or age or who knows what. I tried this last week because 'how could it hurt' since it's focused massage. It targets areas where there's always tension: neck, jaw, temples, etc. Amazingly, it works. The ringing sensation is mostly gone and some days completely gone. I use all of the techniques and I'm amazed that it's actually effective. Plus my neck feels looser and more relaxed overall. Definitely keeping this up. Total win. Thanks, Dr. Rowe!

Thank you so much for this video, I started doing these exercise and I must say the finger roll with blocking of ears gave me a little instant relief I am looking forward to doing these exercises daily to see if I can relieve my constant discomfort. My main problem along with hissing in ear is the constant feeling of blockage which seems to stem from neck to ear this causes imbalance and feeling of brain fog. You really are a godsend free advice and not having to watch these looooong videos which at the end you have to buy stuff which in the long run do not help. I am 74 years old and this feeling every day is quite irritating. I was also diagnosed since from the nineties with BPPV which is another scary thing to deal with.

Thank you Dr. Rowe. I've had tinnitus for over 30 years, and it stopped momentarily in both ears during the 2nd exercise. This might be unrealistic, but I'd appreciate you offering an exercise channel and lead the entire round of each exercise, as if you were leading a class. It would definitely help us seniors, and also people from each generation. It's wonderful to know the names of each muscle the exercise is helping. The more I learn about my body, the better care I can give it. You're an excellent instructor.

I've suffered with this and TMJ for years it began with extreme back pain and spasms and then the TMJ then the tinnitus and I found out I had a large cyst on my spinal cord plus blood clots in my artery on my spinal cord. The one exercise that helped me the absolute most was when I put my two fingers and pressed on my chin and pushed from the back of my head. When I did that a lump in my throat moved and then relief. Dr. Rowe- I have tinnitus that I believed happened when I was rear ended in a car. It seems to be worse when I’m tired. I’m definitely going to try these exercises. I have a stiffness in my neck when I try to turn my head to the left, like when driving, to look to my left before pulling out. I have a chiropractor that I get adjustments from that has never mentioned how to ease tinnitus. I strongly believe in a lot of things you mention with massage and various exercises. I’ve found by sliding my back down on a cushioned bench I have at the foot of my bed helps a lot. I can adjust my hips when one side is out, by sliding down around my belt line. I can pull my neck forward a little while sliding down and adjust various places through out my back and neck. I enjoy your videos, and found many to be helpful. I don’t have to go to my chiropractor as often, as I can adjust myself. I have one of those inversion things to lie back on while hanging with my feet under the rollers. I’ve had it many years, and found it helps. Thanks for all you do. I hope I can get some relief from my tinnitus. I saved this video to an email to look at until I have it all down…
