The Disney App color change was imo to make it more distinct from the blue of MAX, they were very similar before but now they stand apart when the apps are next to each other on my Roku interface.

31:34 --- Rob/John: the BEST thing about the Disney/Hulu app... whenever Disney releases a movie or tv TEASER/TRAILER, you can almost always go directly to the streaming app and watch it full 4K, not the highly compressed 1080p version they upload to KZread. Just an FYI.

I have Hulu with ads for .99/month....bundle it all you want, I'm not giving in until my year is up around Black Friday 😂

One thing with GI Joe, is that it isn't all that well known outside of North America. So they don't just need to make a good film, they basically need to create the IP from fresh, and introduce it to the world.

As @markcahill9255 has alluded to GI Joe is not well known within the UK. And so personally I don’t care for the franchise. What I care for are good movies so if a good movie is made about GI Joe then that’s great otherwise I won’t personally lose sleep about the titular character.

How did that WB deal go with JJ Abrams? Hope the Chalamet deal works out better

Joel is actually in a decent amount of flashbacks in The Last of Us Part 2 so even if they stick to the exact same amount of screen time for the character it would not mean he dies in episode 1 and never shows up again.

And yes, at least in Mexico we have the 2 streaming apps Disney+ and Star+ with some content shared but pretty much different content (Star+ more US FOX and some Hulu and FX content)

yes, we get Star on Disney with all the Hulu content, but we don't pay extra for it.

I don't know HBO jumped on that rumor fast and didn't really give details. I think Richtman may have been right. HBO statement could just mean he'll be back for reshoots not that his role will be extended.

Last of Us 2 disappointed a lot of fans and is the reason there is no LoU3. We’ll see if the creators stick to their egos or listen to fans. Either way people are expecting the next season to be bad.

The 2nd GI Joe movie was much better than the first one and saved my eyers from seeing the Snake Eyes movie.

too bad godzilla minus one released in limited theaters. till now, i have not watch it yet

TWD: The Ones Who Live is amazing! Andrew Lincoln should get nommed for episode 4 alone, & Danai Gurira also for writing and performance. Only six episodes isn't enough to finish their story in a one-season mini-series.🖤 I haven't bothered with any Rick-free spin-offs either.

Didn’t really have my jaw open when Joel died in 2, I was like: “Really? Super early in the game?” lol they advertise him throughout the game’s marketing campaign constantly. I don’t mind him dying considering Red dead killed off both John & Arthur just the way they did it & how early it was, was kinda lame🤷 just my meaningless opinion anyway.

No this is a fair point, and I think this is why Joel will last 3-4 episodes into season 2, maybe even half the season, instead of exiting in Ep 1 which would more mirror the game. HBO knows the chemistry and strength of the Pedro/Bella dynamic, and they probably see Pedro's exist as a huge risk, so they'll keep him around longer than the game.

Can Nelson Peltz actually win this, because I am so scared right now!

Fun topic to think about if you win the lottery. I would try to give my brother enough money to retire, or at least enough for him to retire soon. He does have a family with two young kids. I would love to give my parents as much as they need, but they don’t need any money. I find ways to do amazing things for them. There’s a couple friends in my life I’d probably drop a little bit of cash off to . I’d be spending a massive amount of money on my Health because I got disabled from a chronic illness. Some money would go to charity and definitely research around the honest I’m dealing with. I would travel as much as I could when able The rest of it would just get invested in various things. I think John’s idea of the 5% bonds is a great way to do it. I would be putting a certain percent in riskier things like cryptocurrency.

Tax for winnings is different each state. 1.3B is halved because the half is the actual federal tax. So you do take home 500B. If in California... you dont pay taxes on lottery so you keep that 500B. In other states, they have a tax and that depends on the % that states tax laws.

its never going to happen... but they should treat the GI Joe franchise as if its SAving Private Ryan. Not the amount of blood and gore that movie has, but the serious tone. The saturday morning cartoon tone each of these movies has just doesnt work. It hasnt worked three times. These are war movies. The producers should realize that.
