I discovered the song for the second time through iHeartRadio the lost 80s But my first time ever hearing it was in the 1980s and there was a girl that I had a crush on and obviously she really liked me because she made the first move and when this song came on the radio I would call her and let her hear it and I would do it every time it came on the radio. She was my first love. I even wrote a song about her

@@kiwinokoi yes! so out of the two, johnny (who now goes by giovanni) answered and said "...On first listen of Ulterior Motives, the song sounded like me, back then, trying to blend and/or imitate Shanti... My current bandmates heard it and thought it was me, as did my ex wife. My memory is fuzzy but I feel like our management company was trying to push a song on us called ulterior motives." He also said he thinks that the artists who sang a demo of 3 into 2 sound similar to whoever sings EKT!!

The record label dropped them but before that they had an album called x2(1988) but it had poor sales. But that’s all I know of what happened to them there’s not much info about them anyways at all. Fun fact- a lot of people said they probably sung everyone know that but I don’t think that’s true off of being lost media.
