Lovely table, looking forward to watch the game! Just one quick thing that, as a german, always bothers me when I watch Bolt Action batreps: The german army, the "Heer", is not pronounced like the english word "here", but more like the word "heir", but with the "h" spoken out like in "heavy" or "hollow". Hope this little advice comes across as helpful and not as nitpicking =)

I’ve just painted up a very similar American airborne force with a bazooka and Hellcat might not have Mikes amazing 6 rolls however. 😂

This was a lot of fun to watch. would you do a video on your terrain. I was able to watch your boarded construction video but an overview of where you get your buildings and trees, etc. would be terrific. Thanks for the channel!

@@mikewoolnough3774 on this occasion it was the aliens and marines from "we're in the pipe five by five" expansion for the gale force nine aliens game. They were pretty nice to put together.... nice tiger kill btw 😉

Nice game lads. One note though, in Round 1 when the Mortar spotter is killed, the pin does not go over to the Mortar crew, cheers!

You are probably right, but they are in the same team; do you know specifically in the rules where it says that spotters are not affected? Surely it disrupts the mortar's effectiveness when a team member, even a separate one like a spotter, is pinned.

It goes on to explain how they share an Order Die and how LOS works. The last paragraph begins with, "The spotter and the crew are treated entirely separately in other respects - as if they were two units..." Granted, it could be stated much more clearly

I think when you rolled for the Tiger morale when on fire, you just passed the test. I don’t think you should remove the pins with the double 1s. This only happens with an order test roll. Good game though, glad to see BA back on the channel.

I don't think they are great, but not completely useless for US players who can get a bonus - that said - in a platoon level game they don't really fit that well either. That kind of close support is really dangerous and only really effective in the super late-war.

grate game. it was really fun seeing the Kaiser get his shit pushed right in keep up the good work. any chance you gys will play beyond the gates of antarise
