It was actually a "light bulb" moment for me! Amazing work Re: falling off, Could try sneaking some pins or higher gauge nails in. Slide them through glue and a foam brick or rock to act as a washer and hold it down with the added benefit of hiding the fastener? That or mini neodymium magnets
"Wurld Waagh Tuw" I do love Luke's accent. The hole-cutter craters are a really smart idea; as is the rubble-sheet. The 95% completed tables look wonderful already.
A Masterpiece. Well done Luke, this is a true thing of beauty man. Never would have thought you had another %5 to go yet mate. Looking forward to seeing that and the Manor with it all pulled together. 😍

Luke, this is OUTSTANDING!!! congratulations mate :-)
Holy shit! This is awesome man! Probably my favorite of your projects so far bro.
Simply incredible work...and I build 1/72 WW2 dioramas...but your work is unbelievable!
Building terrain is an art form. Period. (more than a lot of things ppl consider "art" nowadays).
That is an amazing table. It is full of 200 IQ tips too. Loved the debris piles made out of resin, the craters, and the return of the cobblestone wallpaper. I can't wait to see the whole thing together and complete.
Dude the level of detail is insane! Like these people out here making an irl gmod sandbox!
Absolutely love this already. It’s like a museum quality display. All that time spent placing those tufts was well worth it, it looks really natural. Love those brick piles, can’t wait to see all the old wartime posters/propaganda on those buildings. The effort that you and the team have put into this one really shows.
this is seriously impressive work, it's genuinely amazing how far you've come with techniques and finishes since you started. stunning, stunning tables, they look real, or as real as possible with the minor compromises you've made. i'm blown away!
This is mind-boggling work!!! Impressive how you achieve the look you're aiming for. The rubble pile trick was brilliant! AMAZING build so far, Looking forward to the other 5%!
hats off to the fact that you kept building it as a board to play on. i would have gotten carried away ending up with giant diorama that i`ll never going to finish :D
Wow. Thank you so much my friend. It is truly astonishing to watch your dreams coming true. But even my wildest of dreams never envisaged something as amazing as this. I feel like a very proud new father!

Favourite part of this is the buildings. Amazing how they really don't look like MDF buildings after you've been at them. Can't bloody wait for the next video.
That resin rubble 'skin' is such a good idea!
Very nicely done. I must admit Hadrian plain is one of my favourite wallpapers to use. I tend to use it more as a quick build option for castles, and fantasy buildings. I've made a few scatter terrain rubble pieces to add to one of the ranges I sculpt.Rather than items to be incorporated into a board. Your solution has is elegant in its simplicity knowing its going to be assaulted by D6 and sausage fingers let alone the rigours of the show circuit. Big exponent of having urban areas fade into rural through the use of gardens. Rather than abruptly going from brick to field. They also add an additional level of complexity to a game that's lost when you've just buildings plonked on flocked. board. Your choice of implying gardens Rather than being sucked in by the veg patch and shed.Really let's the storytelling of the board transition seamlessly from urban to rural. Looking forward to seeing the completed table.
The resin rubble idea was brilliant
very impressive I love the idea with the resin that nots yet fully cured so you can manipulate it a bit. Very clever.
I just got into Bolt Action! This video is PERFECT!!!!
Beautiful work. There's a kind of magic in this - how you can make an illusion of reality.
No idea what this video got recommended to me, but holy moly, this was awesome!
Simply amazing. I do wish you would put up the " brick " conversation. 😂
That resin rubble covering is such a good idea , you smashed it with this board !
The amount of skill here is breath taking. Stunning attention to detail.
Holy shit. You are the king, Luke. -Shoe
What an absolutely stunning board. I have to say the level of detail is incredible. The resin brick overlays is a genius idea. Well done to you all for creating such a thing of beauty. It is a board that I could dream of playing on. 👍🏻
this is bloody awesome dude! it's been such a great watch seeing you get this done from start to finish, you have packed so much real life detail into the board. gonna be such a fun and immersive time playing on it, i hope you have a blast :D
Best board diorama I've ever seen
This is just absolutely stunning and fair play to you and your team as the love and hard work shows. Really enjoyed the little bit at the end about the design compromises you had to make.
Your eye for detail is incredible, mate. You've got a real knack for knowing the little details to make it look *just right*.
Amazing table man, never seen a better WW2 set up
Sooo good! Rest in Peace KZread Luke😅
Amazing! I never seen such real-looking and still playable and durable gaming board.
Damn....now i wanna play Company of Heroes. Looks stunning.
Absolutely stunning. The best board I've ever seen; a true work of art. You and your team should be proud.
Absolutely stunning mate. A true masterpiece. Building my own Normandy boards so you've given me plenty on ideas.
Damn! Just wow mate, that is fantastic - what a pleasure it would be to play on that table!
I like your pony tail friend during the vid, hes smiling, having a good time laying out moss strips and all sorts of terrain work. I wish to be happy as him 😊
Truly stupendous! I love the idea of that half cured rubble texture on prefilled hills.
Phenomenal build and board. It would be such a pleasure to play on, so immersive. The extra details just make it, like all the extra little bits in the rubble piles. Really enjoyed the series so far and can’t wait to see all the boards together 😃👍🏼
I think it's bloody amazing. The attention to the details is out there. Looking forward to the manor build.
Living this. If postage to Oz wasn't so horrendous I'd seriously consider ordering a board.
This is absolutely incredible!! I would absolutely love to play on something like this! What an inspirational build. Well done!
Magnificent work. Potentially hallowed work of an extreme event in history.
I don't know what it is about English, but they make the best miniature and movie sets. Fireball XL5, Thunderbirds, Star Wars, Alien and Aliens, and so on. Always amzing stuff.
Absolutely jaw dropping! Thanks so much for sharing your techniques. Especially the durability and weight limit aspects.
Getting into Bolt Action myself. Absolutely love the board. You've made alot of great terrain, but personally...I think you really set the bar higher for wargaming boards. Really enjoyed this and will be watching it a few times more. Cheers!!
From someone who absolutely loved the tv series this looks so accurate that it’s like you pressed pause and just dragged a scene straight from the show
Congratulations, I am from Carentan. Hello from France 👋
Just incredible work Luke…😧 Must be great fun to play on, so many different elements. Especially like the rubble mould idea, saving so much extra time, whilst as you say staying all in one piece over time & gameplaying. Great video!🙂👌
I particularly liked the creative way of using the drill for craters. Great idea and the whole thing looks amazing!
Fantastic! I watch the series every few weeks, addicted to it.
Wow. Just freaking....WOW!!
Absolutely stunning Luke, can't wait to see how you can possibly make it better with your finishing flushes
Wow! Thank you for sharing so much detail about this project. Thank you very much for posting this video. I think about my days doing wargaming on a paper/cardboard map with cardboard pieces (I am very old) and feel very envious of you.
Amazing build! If I may, I'd like to suggest the addition of a random piano in the middle of the street like in the movie. So iconic to me. I'm honestly a little sad that I won't be able to 'hop across the pond' to play on it myself.

Love the shell craters. Above ground craters never look right. Rubble moulds are brilliant too. Great board. I really enjoyed watching the video.
As always I love seeing your table builds more than anything else. They are fantastic and the amount of details that go into them is amazing. I love doing the same thing and would one day love to build a table with you Luke!!!!!
Stunning bro!
Your best video yet. My God man your tables are incredible. Bolt Action is the best wargame out today.
This Build is Best of THE BEST! AMAZING DETAILS AND SUCH WORK INVOLVED, AWESOME!
Oh man, this is so good! T' Amazing work as always. Done that real justice. Love love love.
I've been watching your channel from video one until now and wow the way you have progressed and become a master at your craft has been fun to watch. Congrats on the success with your product line and making your own way in the industry.
Savage looking board. Coronation Street never looked so good 😆
To add from last post, you must also use rubbing alcohol before the glue. The alcohol will let the glue spread out better and seep into the shrubbery itself. It’s easier to use a Pipette to do this. Thin out the glue to about a 50/50 mix of glue to water. Here in the states the product I use is Elmers Glue-all. And I use a 70 percent concentrate alcohol. Bloody amazing work you lads do for your gaming tables! Cheers from Georgia, USA!! Hoist a pint or two for me!
Wow, this is next level. Lookin forward to the finished project!
The stepladder in the background really adds something to the opening montage...

Absolutely brilliant well done Luke I’m getting my materials together to start my boards in the summer cheers mate , your a credit to our hobby !
Anther fantastic video on this amazing build, Luke. I loved the idea of using resin rubble that hadn't set yet; inspired!
Amazing work bud. I’ve been planning my own Bolt Action WW2 Normandy table for the last few months. Im currently working on the buildings but hopefully I’ll make a start on the boards in the next few weeks so plenty of modelling compound, grasses and flock needed soon. Plenty of inspiration from these videos. Keep them coming bud.

As a fan of the channel, part of the motivation of asking Luke to build this board was to give him a huge blank canvas to work on, and an opportunity to play on a grand scale. With the added benefit of videos like this that we all can enjoy. Couldn't be happier with the way it has worked out.
YO, MY GUY, YOU HAVE TALENT!!!!!!! THIS IS OUTSTANDING WORK

Brilliant as always, can't wait to see this board in all it's glory.
