I am having this happen more and more and I'm 55. I mean, older women then me or the same age need to get a grip and realize the world does not evolve around them ! Blaming you "young" people and lying about it just makes her a miserable, bitter old woman. Kudos to you both for having class and manners through the ordeal!

I'm in your shoes and can't figure out what's up with all the bitter hateful old people? Actually, now that I think about it - we grow from infants into children, then from young adults to adults and lastly, we become elderly. After a certain point, everything starts going the other way again and the elderly revert back to child like and infantile behaviors. The process is explained in medical literature. I'm guessing bad manners and behaviors amplify in a lot people who have those traits to begin with. Either that, or they have a sense of entitlement from being over-medicated - just like a drug addict.

It's really not about age. Ladies like that have always had an attitude problem. It only gets worse as they get older. If you have a great attitude, then you're always going to have a great attitude.

it cracks me up that you have a shopping cart in an expensive Antique shop driving around with just a 60 cent hound dog! lol

When me and my bestie go to a high priced thrift store we say “they really like their stuff”.

I also shop at thrift stores and one time I had a women that kept trying to grab stuff out of my cart. After the second time I slapped her hand away because I told her I would and I went and told the manger on duty what she was doing and he kicked her out because I was not the only cart she was stealing from.

I was looking on a bottom shelf and a little old lady was trying to steal a platter from my cart but luckily I busted her with both her little paws in my buggy. I said, "May I help you?" and she replied, "Oh I was just admiring your find." YEAH, RIGHT GRANDMA!!!!!!

OMG when I was trying on clothes a woman took all my items out of my cart and into hers!! at first I thought a worker had taking my cart thinking it was to be put back on the shelves but once I looked around and saw her this woman with my items I confronted her and her friends and in their broken English said they did not steal from my cart! the employee said they said they could not do anything I left that Goodwill and have never been back. I figure if they had to steal they needed it more than me.

Nesting Haven As she filmed I noticed a lamp that you hang sitting on top a cabinet. It looked like it matched her table lamps .Really nice shop 👍🏼

The aluminum pot by the milk glass candlesticks is great for cleaning silver and silverplate items. Boil water, add in baking soda, dunk silver and Presto, clean silver!

Yeah Andrew!! My niece had a lady stalk her over a shirt that she put back on the rack and my niece grabbed it and went to buy it and the lady said it was hers etc. Even followed her out in the parking lot. Crazy people out there.

Im the same way, when people are impolite to me, i double down. Be nice and you might get your way but fight me, you lose.

My daughter rescued a deer lamp just like the green deer from a curb. Hers is that beautiful black color. She rewired it and we all love it.

The nut reference on that golf canister represents a golfer's struggle. Many times by the time they reach their ball especially by the woods or water a squirrel will have already grabbed it & is running off with it. So the the top is an artist's rendition of all the golf treasures in a squirrel nest. I'd go back for it honestly. All of the wives at my ex father-in- law's country club used to prefer sitting where we could watch the guys look for their balls. It was hilarious & very entertaining because all the men KNEW these 2 squirrels always stole balls at the 14th hole. They knew it. But by the time they reach this hole they are so drunk they totally forgetting about the squirrels so they are walking around scratching their heads and totally lost. 🤣😊🤣

I’ve had crazy people take stuff or try to take stuff out of my cart at the goodwill. Last time I went some weird lady followed me down every aisle getting right in front of my buggy making weird noises and she would NOT move, it was so frustrating.

Ha ha ha.... thanks for all the laughs today. I thought Andrew said, "snot ball washer." I was laughing so hard. Sometimes people take the thrill o' the thrift a little too competitively. Like that grabby lady. I suspect that she is used to getting her own way by bullying and being loud. (Trying to publicly embarrass people). She probably didn't play well with others, when she was a kid. Good for you for keeping a cool head. She sure had a lot of nerve, when she came back for round two, by sicking the manager on you. Years ago, when beanie babies were hot hot hot, my daughter was about 8 years old, at that time. She selected a large beanie baby toy stuffed cat, at our local thrift store. She had been carrying it around for maybe 5 minutes or so. I was closeby, but not in the same isle. A heartless woman came up and snatched it out of her hands and kept it. By the time my daughter came to get me, the lady had escaped with the cat. We also had a golden retriever who was sweet but had very little self control. When it came to stealing little kids food out of their hands, she did not hesitate, she had no shame. That tasty treat was hers. ...just something to remember when you encounter those grabbers who like to swoop in on other people's stuff. I like to think that they have something in common with my retriever. P.s. you have mentioned about Andrew looking out for buttons. Does he collect them? Or does he resell them? Maybe you could have him give tips on how to tell if a button is old and recognizing different types of buttons. Thanks for the fun ride along. Keep being you.

I don't usually have anyone start anything with me but I did have a guy try to pull an item right out of my hand once. It was hilarious because he tried so hard to take it away from me that his face was turning purple from straining and I just moved my arm back toward me and he stumbled and slammed into the shelf.

I accidentally was that person. Shopping Goodwill and found a buggy full of dolls sitting right beside one of those bins they roll new inventory out in. No one was around it, so I started checking out the dolls. By the time I got to the third doll, a man came running over from who knows where, claiming the whole cart was his. Okay, fine. I apologized and put back the doll I was looking at. I don't think he bought any of them, but it wasn't worth a fuss. I found some better money makers than a few well loved, naked, messy hair dolls. Seriously, though, keep your buggy close. It was an honest mistake on my part.

Some old crank pot at the medi lab announced in disgust to the entire waiting room, that I was too young to have 4 kids and it was disgusting!😲...I remained calm and responded, "I assure you I am old enough, I just look F%#$ing amazing." Some people clapped and the tech gave me a high five when I got called back.lol Some people are just miserable and like to spread it around. Nice win Andrew!!!!🍻

That is funny to me, because I had something similar happen to me at a Good Will, one time. My argument was with a sales clerk who said the two little bowls I wanted to buy were not priced yet. I said, well can you price them? He went OFF on me! He marched over to a cart and pointed in a cart and said "you didn't get them off the shelf! You for them out of This Cart !" I had gotten them off of the shelf. They were not even vintage, just modern, but I liked the colors. Anyways, I ended up paying seven dollars for two-bowls that were probably only worth about a dollar. It was not another customer cart that he pointed out. It was a cart of things to be put on the shelfs.

Just picked up a refrigerator dish the other day. They are so cute! I once had an older man go to take a Jackson five Christmas vinyl record out of my cart while I was standing next to it, actually had to tell him it was mine.

I have a magical power whenever I go to the Goodwill. It's like people know I know something and they follow me. It's astounding. The entire store tilts to one side when I walk to one side and everybody follows me. I don't know what it is or why it is but I try really hard to get away from everybody in any aisle and they still follow me. I've even had my friends and family observe this anomaly.

OMG! My mom had those exact pink swirled lamps when I was a child in the 60's. I loved them. No idea what happened to them.

I had a run in with a lady like that a few years ago. I collect Swiss chalet music boxes and had found a couple of them at our Goodwill shop. I had them in my cart, even with my coat kind of bundled around them to prevent breakage and she took them! Thankfully an employee was right there and she helped me get them back! Oddly that woman looked a lot like this lady!

I used to have one of those cat bookends! Also, once was getting a pretty little McCoy planter out of a case, marked only $2, and a lady came up and when I noticed she was behind me she commented about all the nice pottery I had in my cart. I just said thanks and went back to looking over the McCoy piece for damage. It wasn't until later I noticed a couple things missing out of my cart.

I had a guy once circle me like a vulture while I was literally guarding a nice bike I wanted at a thrift store. I was waiting for my bike savvy hubby to meet me there. The guy really wanted the bike too and circled the store for over a half hour and told an employee that he wanted to purchase the bike. Luckily he never fought with me and was fairly respectful. I ended up getting the bike.

It is ashamed you wasn’t recording him and the crazy lady it is strange like she must not have anything else to do and I’m glad y’all ended up with them I love the video
