Back in the late 1960s, my mother collected several military uniforms, helmets, etc. from Vietnam vets who returned home. These things were being tossed in the garbage. Well, she put all of this unwanted stuff in our big shed with a lot of moth balls and forgot about them. Many decades later, I pulled this stuff out along with several hundred 50s & 60s TOPPS baseball cards & listed each item on an auction site. I was shocked how much each item fetched. Cha-Ching! 👍

I came across this by chance and I have to say... it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anyone as passionate about the lack of coffee as me. That’s why I drink it at home now. It was great. Thanks for that. 😂. I’ll definitely watch the rest.

I worked at a salvation army in Colorado Springs and couldn't believe how much stuff they threw away. If people had any idea they would stop donating. I can't wait until it warms up here so I can go metal detecting around the Spanish Peaks area! Love your videos.

I have done this for a small chip.... a permanent marker in the color of the glaze, water it a bit to make it spread, apply several coats if need be to get it the color then clear nail polish. Seems to hold up pretty well.

Oh my goodness....my mom has that exact chair with brass/wood wheels....she got it at a garage sale then had it reupholstered. When she found it, and she kept the style the same, it had about 10 tucked buttons...hamper...got mine as a new house gift from my brother back in 1987. (New) Still have and use....exact hardware...bent and all...lol

I currently have a good stock of strange lamps and unique chairs in my antique booth. We are always reverencing the crazy lamp lady in our home. Usually about how pretty she is and or about how much fun you have playing in the dirt. So you have admirers here in northeast ga without a doubt.

When I first saw those candle holders I thought they were bike horns, lol! I love that lamp, I found similar canister that was a taper candle holder on top around the same size. I think I really love those seashell lamps too. I would love to find a pair for my shop! .

7:06 Hey I became a “senior “ not too many years ago, and I have a walker in the store sometimes. At least they aren’t trying to run you over with their scooters! 😂 I forget I’m 56 most of the time so I never get discounts. Lol You’ll be there someday too. 🥰

I am couple years off being senior. LOL , I have to take my hubby to get senior discounts at Goodwill and other thrift stores. Luckily, he does loves finding great buys himself! Since we have similar taste in things after over 28 years of marriage , I can definitely trust hubby to get something that we would both love!

I can't wait to start decorating. It's funny, though, Sue and I went shopping today at the Goodwill... and I bought a completely new set of dishes for our place. Haha. So now I have two sets. Oh, well. You can never have too many.

I TOTALLY relate to the half cup of latte/coffee. I did buy a Mr. Coffee espresso machine for under $60 on Amazon and after a few weeks finally got my coffee the way I want it. Steam/light foam milk first. Then two double shots of coffee. First time viewer.

I got cold coffee at McDonald’s once (I ordered a hot latte) and the girl said “it’s in a hot cup” so I asked for a manager who also told me it was in a hot cup (instead of the plastic ones). I looked at her dumbfounded and said well it might be a hot cup but the coffee is cold. OMG what idiots. Do not deprive me of my hot coffee!
