The cover would NOT be an ashtray. Those pieces are made of paper mache which is then varnished. Stubbing out cigarettes on the lid would burn it.

I picked up two heart trinket dishes and they kinda looked like F & L, but almost put them back because I thought they never made clear glass pieces. But grabbed them anyway after thinking about them, and got them home where I saw they were signed, by Simon Pearce. Was glad I didn’t pass them up. Not big comps, but I only paid $1 a piece for them.

It's an older model because now a days there are cordless and smaller pen-like models available . But for a dentist just starting out on his/her own it would be great to buy for the right price.

CrickettMoon - I love your name it makes me think of funny lines to write, and I too am an old fart who remembers that delightful story. Here are a few impromptu lines inspired by your name. "We played and danced under the Crickett Moon. A sprightly fiddler, a cow, a dish, and a spoon. A dog with humor spread the rumor, of romance of spoon and dish. But it was the cow, the cats meow. Who was simply over the moon."

@@CrazyLampLady I know you might think this is an odd question, but are you pregnant? I'm usually pretty good at judging and just looking at your face in this video I think I might be right. Love your videos. I'm always looking to see if you come across something I have that might be valuable. Too many times I'm wishing I could buy some of the things you see. Hope you see this comment and answer me. If you do or don't I hope you have a very Happy New Year!!! 🙂💜👍
