Zeus lightning bolts are strong already strong asf so you can’t really catch the lightning bolt just like that, and he’s quite literally referred to as the king of the gods so no you cannot just kill him with something that simple.

The deleted scene without fighting zeus would have been better

Let me ask how does your brain work? Listen to the critics and review of this movie. They're right. Some parts of this movie is joke. I really had good expectations on this movie before it came out but after watching and listening to the critic, it was bad. You really can't take some of the scene serious. Christian Bale pretty much saved this movie.

Thor movies should have never meant to the a joke like the first 2 Thor films. Plus, it''s not the MCU anymore, it's the mSHEu. It doesn't grab my attention when the female character leads.

When I watched this the first time I looked away for 1 second and did t see them kill Zeus. I didn't even know they had till the next scene when its mentioned. So now I'm here to watch it actually happen.

Those tattoos on his back are just ridiculously moronic. He's lived for 1,500 years & has definitely witness many of his friends die, even civilizations, but suddenly decided to get tattoos of only certain events that occurred in the last few years. Not even tattoos of the Warriors Three.

Schmorg is the shitty self-insert of the director Taika Waititi who hates Thor comics and does zero research, and thus normies such as you start assuming shit about Marvel that's not true. Marvel Universe has its Mimir. And he's an imposing personage in the comics, not a goofy cringelord like Schmorg or a funny Scottish dude like in GoW's games.

I know this sounds wrong but since imo I enjoyed Rusell Crowe's acting in Gladiator and Man of Steel more, I think he'd be better to voice Rhinox or Scourge in the upcoming Transformers Beasts movie instead of whatever this is.
