It's really cool to see how you have evolved over the past year as a creator! This is pre-catch phrase days, so I inserted them for you as I watched it. 🥰
I just discovered you and I am loving ALL of your videos. Tiktok and here. Such great detail and excellent taste. So awesome to find someone to follow whom I share the same taste with completely...so far! Hard to find. Thank you SO much for taking the time to educate and share all of these with the GP. Much appreciated.
Wow, in just three of your videos, your Rosemary salt, your burger sauce fats & acid, then this how to cook the perfect burger. I have been used to getting good compliments about my home cooked burgers. However! put all these babies together and I know they will be at another level. Thank you Sonny. Cheers from the UK. P.S “You know we all love you”.
Recently saw you on TikTok and am now obsessed! This burger deserves the hype and is worth the effort. My husband is a huge burger fan and orders them at all types of restaurants. He says this burger is likely the best he’s EVER had! Thanks Sonny!

Just tried this recipe/method to the T and I must say... You are a special one Sonny! This was the best burger I’ve ever made! Thank you sir!!! I even attacked my fridge it was so good!
You’re going to cause me to have a breakdown Sonny! Your food and recipes seem to be fairly easy to accomplish so I’ll be making a few of them shortly and reporting back to you on how it went.
Finally. A real burger. So tired of gourmet people making narrow and tall burgers. Nothing wrong with that, its just that thats a slider not a burger. Refreshing seeing a gourmet chef doing a wide and thick burger

I just made this burger as well as the secret burger sauce that you said would be great with it. I made it 100% like you. I followed every step. I also made the rosemary salt the day before because I wanted to make it perfect. Well let me just say that it wasn't just great, it was truly AMAZING!!! I'm the only female in my house with 3 grown men and 2 teenage boys. Watching them dig in was priceless. The looks on their faces and the sounds they were making was so satisfying!! I'm so glad that I have extra rosemary salt and secret burger sauce. Thank you, Sonny. Next mission is your beef stroganoff!!! Woohoo. 🤗🤸🍔

At our little burger business, we used a dinner plate, right side up. Be sure to use higher fat hamburger. It makes a tender, more flavourful patty
Omg the frig is still new!!no dents. Lol
did you use avocado oil as the cooking oil for the onions?
What a nice fridge i hope it doesnt get abused in the future
Quick question for you man. Why do you call it blood coming out of the burgers? I noticed you say that about steaks as well.

This guy’s good. One tip would be to apply more pressure on the burger- more uniform crust will develop.
latus allways on bottom to ketch up the sauce and prevent the bottom bun to get moist and wobblie
Dude, I'm hooked. Subbd liked and sharing each vid. I was tugboat deckhand 12 years and I was on he mate's watch responsible for all the meals for a crew of 5 for 2 or 3 weeks on/off. It’s just because you were in the mood
A little tip I heard today in fact and that's that you never want to have an acid touching an acid. So maybe not with the tomato touching the spread. Same goes with pickles against mustard and things like that. Made sense to me. I dunno...they said it just makes the acid too overpowering. I'm gonna try it.
I love the fact he's using real cheese
They are my favorite rolls also
LOL the title. Looks delicious, I'm going to try this in a slider size

mimi stevens sounds even better!!👍
Looks great with the exception of the sauce. Any kind of either "special sauce" or mayo on a burger is just like putting nasty jizz on a burger. Burger, tomato, lettuce, onions should give it plenty of flavor.
Just discovered these older videos. They are great! Something so good about the lower production videos that are so homey. But "burger sauce"? That is an evolution (or bastardisation) of a burger I cannot get behind. Burgers have mustard. They have since the 1800s in Texas. Meatloaf has ketchup, sandwiches have mayo. Burgers have mustard.
Yes KZread recommended this .....😂1 year later ❤👌
No Sergeant Gilbert 😢😢😢
I used the burger sauce on a fish sandwich and substituted ketchup and tomato paste with cocktail sauce. No more tartar sauce for me. It was epic
Basic and good looking. Everything that food should be.
What award did this win
Wouldn't change a thing. Except add a side of fresh cut fries seasoned with rosemary salt. If you know, you KNOW!!!
Onions on the bottom and this would have been perfect :D
I love this dude, but that right there is a house burger! Reference for the 40 somethings and older.
BK has it right...the onions should be fresh and ripe and placed after the burger is cooked ;-)
Of all the chefs who say "a little bit of oil" you use the least
I would love to see that cross section!
I love burger!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
when i say a little bit of oil i use half
He didn’t say Sergeant Gilbert
"My famous *secrete* sauce" that I made video on how to make so everybody knows... 🙃
I consider caramelized onions burnt onions. Just my opinion though
Does look good. Although mostly I feel a Burger has two champions bread and meat patty. And often I crave the basics. Good meat on a good bun alone is a wonder. Especially when the meat has been bbq'd and has the smoky richness. Any more on top of that should add, and not detract.

I love the fact that you pronounced it Münster cheese and not munster cheese
It was great. I made the onions as onion rings and added avo at the base. I have to keep my girlfriend from beating the fridge up.
Where's mine? You took care of all of my patty pet peeves. Too small for the bun and a rounded top is always a rookie move. I'm also not a fan of the spatulous squish. You got a good crust on the outside also which shows you have the heat high enough. Nothings worse then a wet top and bottom and dry in the middle from low heat. That's a good tip on how to make the butter lettuce round. You're skilled, chef! If you're not doing local classes to show people how to cook you're missing your call. People pay good money to be a part of a cooking class where they get to eat their creations afterwards, in fact you could do a class for men.

@@thatdudecancook I'll tell you what some people do. They sub to my account even though I don't make videos so that I check them out. Most have a channel they are trying to grow. If I like the channel, I will sub. You're should sub to people and turn off their notifications and see how many return the favor. Of course commenting on other cooking channels gets you noticed also as I'm sure you know. A lot of the people who have a lot of subs have female "fan clubs" which is difficult when a guy's already married, and the middle aged women also are the big fan club for the older guys. You're kind of in that middle awkward age and status. It's sad to see that many of the popular people don't really have much cooking skills but they've got their schtick. Quan is one of them. He's more entertaining than a good cook. The young girls like him. Personally I just look for good recipes, techniques, and maybe a little entertaining. You also might want to make a Facebook page and post your videos on there, that might help. People also like live videos especially if you are able to interact a little bit. Personally I love your channel. I think you're a little goofy yet professional and you interact in the comment section.
