Good stains not tough stains. And it depends on the speed low medium or high!

Is this vacuum intended on only hard floor surfaces or does it also do carpet/rugs?

Have you ever encountered the E3/E4 error? If so, how'd you deal with it? I've seen a lot of reviews saying that they got an error mostly one month of usage

Hmmm no error here. Only it wasn’t charging because the base plug wasn’t connected

How is the dry vacuum function compare for example to a dreame handheld vacuum?

bad. Made more for the wet function.

Hi I know standard wet n dry vacuum weight are 5kg more or less. But is dreame h11 max easy to manoeuvre and is the head is auto driven n easy to glide like tineco s5? I know for u 5kg is nothing but for me it's takes a lot of energy if the brush are not auto driven. Tineco s5 on the other hands is heavy but its brush head are auto driven so less energy needed. But the price..my god! Quite pricey in my country. Thanks. Let me know if u have information on these

How well does it clean along the edges? I'm tossing up between the Tineco S5 and Dreame H11. The Tineco can clean against edges but it's heavier. But if the Dreame H11 can clean against the edges (either along the side or even front of the roller) then maybe I'll get the Dreame. Decisions!

Hmmm you can always try and return if you don’t like it. It does well! But there’s a small gap because the roller head isn’t edge to edge

@@Lalalalalelo yeah I ended up buying the Dreame. Loved it. Then it stopped working after about a month but they sent me a brand new replacement. Seems to be working well now. Fingers crossed it doesn't stop working again. As for cleaning the edges, it's actually not bad. There's a very small gap (maybe about 2cm?) where it doesn't wet along the edge but it's strong enough to vacuum along the edge anyway.

Be aware that their warranty service is very bad. Battery goes dead after a while and no service.

No issues! I get lazy emptying the dirty water so it smells but that’s it haha

@@dainvincebeli barang baru, tapi langsung uda bermasalah sama baterai. Uda di ganti baterai, baru 2-3bln bermasalah lagi baterainya, di ganti lagi ga lama masalah lagi.. Sempat di ganti unit baru, ee ternyata baru 1-2bulan, baterai masalah lagi.. dan akhirnya aku buang barang itu karena kesal
