we had 2 Dreame vacuum, both of them did not survive 6 months mark due to battery E4 issue. Highly recommend you to move away since two time in a row is not a good sign.

Very interesting and detail review. However I would love to know the respond fr dreame cust service should the vacuum breakdown. Where should we sent it. Also I m just curious is the brush head easy to manoeuvre and auto driven like tineco s5 does? I found that to push 4.8 kg object around will take a lot of energy if the brush are not auto driven . I m struggling to choose between roborock dyad, tineco s5 and dreame h11 max. The tineco s5 are crazy pricey That's the only down side. Thanks. let me know if u have any information on these.

@@chopsticksforlegsurghh!! I understand the dilemma. After watching n reading hundreds of video n review that I can make essay of all the mop n vacuum brand, I chose tineco s5. I've used it for almost a month. It is indeed very good product. Save time n energy. but for furniture thay place lower to the ground tineco.s5 cannot go under it which in my case is my L shape sofa.. I have to remove the sofa to clean under it. Another cons is we have to choose tineco cleaning solution only. So we can't really sanitised our house. No doubt that the floor feels clean just using their solution but I'll happy if I m allowed to add dettol for disinfectant my floor. But right now I saw a few brands like bissel symphony all in one vacuum n steam mop.!! The downside is it is corded. So right now i was thinking to buy steam mop that have few attachments to deep clean my house especially the grouts area and to disinfectant my sofa curtain n etc

Don't buy the Dreame,the battery very easy to die,I bought it just tow months, it can't not charge again,and it can't replace the battery,the machine becomes a garbage,go buy another brand.

That's odd, we have been using it twice a week in our office since the publication this video without any issues, I also sometimes brought it back home to use it too and there hasn't been any issues with the battery, send your unit over to Dreame for a full check up in that case.
