That sandwich looks fantastic, and the way you cut it to fit in the vegware carton lol looks as if you’ve done it before.

Everything is so well organized, systematic and professional. Its enjoyable viewing. If I may suggest one thing Chef, having some kind of a dispenser in which you can load the paper towel rolls and pull it out when needed would save you considerable time whenever you need to some.

OMG a whole block of butter on top of each bird! LOL! I love this!

cant tell but it seems like this is within a big company hub and the price that the workers pay is subsidised in some way. some of the items are weirdly cheap and everyone turns up wearing high vis jackets.

The food is subsidized by the company. It’s a large staff canteen so food is actually reasonably priced

I really enjoy watching Mr T at work. I am a 50 year old Australian and I was raised with manners. Watch your P's and Q's. When I hear someone say "give me" or "I want" it really irritates me. Is there anyone watching Mr T who was also raised by "Watching their P's & Q's"? Does anyone even know what I am referring to?

Why do you use butter instead of oil to cook the eggs amd other times the breads for sandwhiches? Its not a critic its just a question

Another reason for using butter is for more health benefits. When you use oil mostly in your dishes you will get a fatty taste and sometimes a slime coating depending on the food. But butter is not with out it's errors because butter burns quicker but it can help bring out the taste and spices and can also be a great substitute for oil. Correct me if I'm wrong as Mr t this is from my previous experience and I got results like this with some improvements from other chiefs
