Yeah hahaha sure. At 3:20 washes his hands, uses the paper towels to dry them up and then whipes the frying pan with it hahha. clean he says.

A teeny tiny nit-pick from me would be the blowtorch, I hate the taste of butane personally! That would put a downer on my breakfast But if I had a breakfast like this every day, with these many customers waiting too I could live with it, hell I'd love it!! There's just not enough time, I understand. Blowtorch is the best option here.

A genius of cleaning..before washing the hands with soap and with the same paper towel cleaning the board where he cook the food. GENIUS

Very efficient, very hygienic and very tidy. Good job. That’s the kind of cooking that is the best. Good simple food that hasn’t been tortured to death. I would eat there any day.
