The only non therapeutic part of the videos is the usage of papers towels, and it is consistent. Over 1 meter of towels to try your hands for literally 1 second? 42:40

Do you add vinegar to the poaching water? If so, how much, please? I love poached eggs. I have my own free range hens. They are fed organically, so their eggs are fresh and gorgeous - but I end up spoiling them if I poach as I seldom get it right! Your eggs never seem to fail! Help!

As someone from the southeast US (Georgia) I have been introduced to foods in various ways that I would never have thought of…or even tried…beans at breakfast…hot dogs for times other than dinner. Holy smokes! A million thanks Chef!! I have found some new favorite foods to be enjoyed whenever I so desire!❤❤
