Same here😂 I found this channel only two days ago and not only I am constantly yearning for eggs, I also started paying more attention to my cooking, instead of simply breaking the eggs and leave them at the pan

Me too. I watch soooo much KZread while working for a $8 billion per year corporation.

I like how you keep your work station clean. No one else on KZread does that. I use to be chef and that was one of my pet peeves.

Clean as you go, that's how I was taught

Floats about sans shoes. Always calm, pleasant and consistent AF! Pleasure to spend time with. Interesting to see the selections and snippets of conversations, People watching of a sorts. Personally, I wouldn't mess about, it's a full English or nowt for me.

I do like showing prep for a day; even delivery day. I sort of miss it from time to time. It was hard work, but it was very satisfying getting food out and having the same people return over and over...

Hey, I tried to make Poached Egg's, but the Eggwhite seems to parcially desolve and float at the top or sit at the bottom in the end. Not sure if I am missing an ingrediant, or doing somethign completely wrong, I tried to copy your way of doing it, is there somethign I am missing about those, that you don't show us?

@@stephanf2721 You can do it without, but the vinegar helps a lot, try it and let me know, you don't need much vinegar, one or two spoons 👌😀👍
