A clever way to drum up more business would be to show the exterior of the establishment and surroundings. (the griddle is pretty and new But leaves a lot to be desired in performance)

Hi, yes, back bacon is more common here for breakfast, but it tastes pretty much the same as streaky bacon. It doesn't get as crispy because there is less fat, but still nice. I personally prefer Hungarian smoked bacon 👌😀👍

My guess is that it probably costs the same as the onion filling which he didn't charge for. So while technically incorrect on the bill, it won't affect the cost.

That's the cheapest cafe I've seen, with a chef cooking for you. To prevent the eggs from sliding to the back, level the griddle with a shim.
