Great idea but why not take it a step further by re-purposing a throttle cable assembly off an old mower to adjust the valve lever without having to keep "crawling underneath"?

That's a good hack. They should come that way from the factory. My preference is using a foam cannon to dispense soap.

That is a great idea to do that to keep it from using to much soap from the dispenser tank

Good idea, however mine has an injection nipple, no soap tank. Came with a tube to place in a separate container like a gallon bottle of soap and it's sucked dry in about 2 minutes so I don't use soap. Will give this valve a try. Got a link for valve you used? 👍

They make a foaming accessory that snaps on the high pressure line. You gosm down the area and then let it sit a bit and blast it off

Before you even got to that part about the cut off valve, that’s what I was thinking. I wonder if mine does the same thing I haven’t used it in years and I do mean years and still got brand new oil in it. It was only run one time after it was purchased, but I don’t have anything to use it on. I never use it on the lawnmower cause you don’t wanna hit the lawnmower engine, cold water and the engine hot as hell in a cracked the cylinder. Ann is washing the deck underneath Off. Well you just have to take it off First on the back of the little trailer behind the lawnmower back over to the water hose to use it to wash it off and that’s not been done in very long time. In fact the more deck itself starting to rock through. To get a new more deck for a John Deere they’re asking $1000 for that thing And that’s not and I cannot afford it. Well look around and purchase used lawnmower from somebody was getting rid of them specially when the fall comes the best time when more start going up for sale cheap people don’t wanna store anymore or they’re two underpowered and they want something different or they move to the city so they don’t have to cut grass.
