The Lakers are cooked. Lebron blaming the refs. AD blaming the coach. DLo blaming the refs. They're making excuses and pointing the finger. When the facts are they had a 20 pt lead and choked it away. There is 0 leadership on that team. There is no accountability. The only way the Lakers won't get swept is the refs giving them their usual FT advantage.

What a great vid. Would just point out that it’s a bit subjective what you think an organized play is. In a lot of the “random” pick and roll actions or even Davis iso plays you showed they were targeting matchups. And they often worked in the earlier parts of the game when LA had their legs and before Nuggets adjusted. Sometimes it’s just as simple as one teams adjustments and players being better than the other. As soon as they put AG on Davis, and KCP on Bron their offence stalled. While the Nuggets always get more focused and are just more talented down the stretch. Adjustments or game plan narratives aside, Nuggets and the Jokic fueled system are just better.

They went really hard at Jokic and made almost every shot. The dropped of a lift 4th quarter. Makes me wonder if Jokic wasn't tired out at all by being targeted. It looks like they have something but some of those shots AD made were really hard and if he misses even a few of them that gap is not nearly as big. Obviously Denver hit some clutch shots but I think if you play this game 100 time Lakers are only winning 30-35 of them at most.

It's not mental, lol... LeBron is 39 and simply doesn't have the legs anymore to put his head down and close out a game like he used to for most of his career... It's not a coincidence the Lakers have been better than the Nuggets in both games in the 1st half. Because LeBron is still somewhat fresh... Reaves and Rui having negative impact right now also doesn't help...

Tiring Jokic does not work. This guy has incredible cardio. Davis going at Jokic to tire Jokic only tired Davis. Davis didn't touch the ball in the 4th. Isn't fatigue what's happening to LA in the final 2 quarters? I can't imagine, but it seems so. We all know by now that Jokic keeps on running for 4 quarters and that fatigue doesn't seem to affect him at all.

this is a genuinely amazing series. what the last one should of been. The best player in the world - (and one of the best ever - Nikola Jokic) vs LeBron and AD, the Lakers want to win it all, and to do that they need to take down the nuggets, they have to figure out a way and they are REALLY putting up a fight... they had an amazing game 2 and still lost which is unbelievable, even with no all stars on his team, Jokic is just unstoppable, even with a 20 points lead and so many players on fire, Jokic carries the team with no all stars and a team that without him would probably be one of if not the WORST IN THE LEAGUE, and it is still the most unreal force in the league. This playoffs is amazing. New York is beating Embiid who is and always has been a playoff fraud, should not have stole Jokic's MVP because of racism giving it to a black player + "Jokic can't do it in the playoffs" - but he won a finals MVP that year. Ontop of that, Boston Celtics back at it, Dallas and Clippers once again, this amazing series is a rematch, and the other series are great too, there isn't one bad series honestly. Also gotta credit Coach Malone. He's great.
