This Is How Mantis Shrimps Dismember Crabs
Mantis Shrimps are amazing - their punches move 45 miles per hour, strike with 200 pounds of force and create a cavitation bubble on impact that when collapses emits a burst of heat hotter than the surface of the sun - and that's not even the coolest part.

Even when the exoskeletal joints of its raptorial appendages started making weird clicking and popping noises, it didn't give up. It felt like it was going to die. But it didn't take a single day off. It had to keep a steady diet of clams and crabs for nutrition. A soft fish in the morning was enough. When the water heated or cooled, it didn't bother insulating its burrow. This helped strengthen its mind as well as its body. Eventually, it trained so hard it turned rainbow. But since then, nothing could beat it. It had finally achieved its goal of becoming the Sea's Strongest Crustacean. ...But why does it now feel so empty?

Pangolins are not the armadillos' cousin. Just because they look alike does not mean they're related. The pangolin order (pholidota) is most closely related to the carnivorans, the canines and felines and such. The armadillos' order, cingulata, is most closely related to sloths and anteaters.
