This is how I have to apply GREASE to SAVE my WEAK Natural Hair |Thin Strands | Tips| GREASE & WATER

Keep It Simple!

*I also think the previous use of relaxers may be the culprit of the weak areas.
*I normally use Blue Magic (green), but I was out of it when recording this clip.
*Rinsing with hot water before pre-pooing with grease somewhat helps to remove some of the conditioner film and somewhat re-wet the remaining conditioner film, and then it's easy to mix in the grease layer.

Thank you so much! This will definitely help me with wash day. My fine hair really tangles and wrap around the other strands. Historically Blacks have always benefited from using grease on our hair texture, I don't know why we went away from it. It's cheap and it works.

I’m using Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly) for my 4c hair and I’m amazed at how soft my hair is. This cheap product keep my hair moisturized for up to a week straight! Can’t wait to try out other greases to see which one suits my hair the best.

I don’t move without hair grease. I even make my own products and still use grease in my routine it stops breakage on-site 😂. I even mix my homemade oils with grease to boot it up.

Your hair is very long and so beautiful. My hair is like your texture. The back grows long, but the side braids continually break. Gonna try your method. It's genius on your part. Thank You....I have been a subbie for 6 or 7 years. I always learn important haircare information from watching your Channel❤

You might want to use an acv rinse after the wash on your scalp to get all the product off. I use to have the same problem but since ive been doing the rinses I'm good.Itmight be worth a try for you.

Wait a minute I thought in your earlier videos you used Blue Magic to pre poo and you mentioned no need to use a leave in. Now you’re using an leave in😳 Your regimen is not concise with previous videos.

Do you pre-poo every wash day or just as needed?

Have you ever tried using a moisturizing shampoo after the clarifying shampoo? I ordered a motions shampoo and I got sent the wrong one, the non sulfate version, I thought it was useless because I’m a grease user as well and it wouldn’t remove the grease after 2-3 washes, but then I found, my hair always feels tangled and not conditioned after clarifying shampoo. I then used a clarifying shampoo and wanted to see if the moisturizing shampoo would add moisture back into my hair, and it did! My hair feels very good after washday now, wether I use a little grease or not.

Your hair is weak?🤔 I used coconut oil on my hair today as a pre poo with a clarifying shampoo following and then a moisturizing shampoo second

I love grease, but it makes my scalp itch. I still want to use grease. I thought it was coconut oil but it still itches when i use blue or green blue magic. Could it be the lanolin? Also what is your opinion on pink lotion or oil moisturizers? Do you have a favorite?

Have you considered a protein deep treatment once a month to help strengthen your hair?

When pre pooing, do you wet your hair before applying the grease?
