This is a new one for me. I haven't talked much about my gear before, but I thought this might be an interesting topic to do in addition to music recordings.
Disclaimer: A few months ago I received this guitar from Journey Instruments free of charge to make this review. However, they did not require me to talk about it in any certain way and all the views stated in the video are entirely mine. Hope this is ok for you guys! I played the instrument for many weeks to make sure I covered as much ground as possible.

This is really interesting to watch. Glad, you decided to make a series of it :)
Incredible series! Glad to see you back, looking forward to the next one.
Very nice review! Professional and to the point. Well done Stephanie. I like the fact that you were not afraid to point out the instruments flaws. All commercially produced instruments have flaws and we(as musicians) are all too aware of that absolute fact. Seems like a pretty cool guitar overall, I am curious if that locking system would work for an electric bass guitar? Hmmm......
One of the more interesting gear reviews I've watched. This young lady can probably make a cigar box guitar sound good.
Thank you for this wonderful review. You have a natural honest style and a great radio presenter's voice. As well as being able to make the guitar sound good too.
I want more of this ! I knew you had a great mind just by your performing style and the decisions that this evoques. It’s great to hear whatever you have to say and recommend !!!!
Indeed, a very good review with the pros and cons and what to expect. Well done!
The Stephanie Jones show?! Ayyy!! Let's GOOOO!!!
a BIG thank you from Hong Kong ..... very interesting and professional presentation.
This was fun and interesting to watch and I love your voice! 🙂
Lovely idea. Anything Stephanie does is worth listening to! 🙂
I want more of this, really loved the review
Just what I need for practicing when I am on a holiday. Fantastic.
actually loved this! in-depth and very useful. Also nice to hear you speak lol
Great looking, guitar and Stephanie, excellent playing and sound
It probably handles temperature changes better than wood too. And I'm guessing you don't have to worry about humidity either?
Dear Stephanie, I am a new subscriber of your channel since a few weeks ago. I absolutely love your tone, interpretation and the quality of your videos. This is also a nice video. Just a little piece of advice, if I may, since you tell us this will be a series of videos that you are going to talk; try to breath more just as you do when you are playing and please drink more water in between the camera cuts. This will make it much more comfortable to listen to your elegant voice. Greetings and respect from Turkey.
I always carry a spare guitar to practice on when I get bored while I'm on vacations. This is ideal for that purpose and it sounds good .
Nice review....next level tech....love the channel btw...bless up
Thank you for a review. Your critiques are appreciated.
Love me some Stephanie Jones .you are a true inspiration to my playing .Thank you Jesse Anthony Valadez
Great review. I must admit, this guitar is awesome! Would love to have a classical travel guitar.....
So brillant! Beautiful guitar
I like this gear video. Do more! Thank you.
Glad to see someone that knows what they are talking about is doing the talking. Can’t wait to see you do an episode with a hurdy gurdy
Nice to hear you speak. :)
Great review. Please add playlist in future videos. We who watch are all musicians and naturally curious as to what pieces are played. I want the name of the intro piece.
1:40 My first thought "Stephanie sooоо strong! "😀
How well do the string’s tone hold up to regular ‘detensioning’ and ‘retensioning?’

Strings are written in the video. Hannabach iirc
Interesting, I think there is a gap for reviews for classical style guitars especially evolved styles of classical guitars such as this by a maestro player such as yourself. I love the look of it and it looks really comfortable and fun to play. Look forward
perfect video! great review work c: ps: loved the Garoto song on the background! is it Paulo Bellinati playing?

Really ingenious
good play, guiter and hair style!
Muito obrigado for nos apresentar esse extraordinário violão, com esse avanço tecnológico e linda sonoridade. E com essa escala de 650 vai favorecer quem tem dedos mais espesso.
If I could play the guitar, I would get one of these! Instead, I will just continue to listen to you, Stephanie.
Best...review...on....KZread. Hopefully the tuners are easily upgradable to Waverlys or a similar high-end product b/c crappy tuners would be a deal-killer for many of us. Also luthiers are going to have to learn to deal with fret dressing and set-up on carbon-fiber instruments.
What a invention! It is like Piccasso had built it. Formidable. Very, very beautiful.
I am in favor of anything that helps sustain professionally-trained musicians, especially during the pandemic. Please keep up the good work! Thank you!
Hi, may I ask what are your thoughts on Thin line classical guitars example like the fender cn- 240 sce?
Oh yes!, brazilian music at the beginning, hello from brazil 🇧🇷🇧🇷♥️♥️
I think is perfect for vacations trips
This guitar is so cool! I'm an amateur but would like to have one someday :)
Grazie mille ciao.
I predict your subscriptions are going to start climbing with content such as this : )
beautiful guitar and easy to pack into your cabin luggage.
That smile 😁adorable
Interesting performance and beautifully played. What piece is played at 5:11?
Does anyone know what she is playing around 4:43 and 5:45? Would be nice if the music played was listed in the description. Great review though.

What? An instrument review that is not some bozo playing endless riffs to try to convince viewers that he's a great player? A guitarist who really is a great and knowledgeable musician? And who actually discusses the instrument's characteristics? Well, there is hope for KZread.
Much appreciated as usual. The short hair looks fantastic. Keep the music and love up!
imo Good vid/review! imo
So if you're a wandering troubadour in the US, this one requires a carry concealed permit?
Amazing instrument(*´∇`)👍 Looking forward to your next music performance!! ;)
If the carbon for this guitar was collected from around an old Italian guitar luthier workshop I might buy it... ha! ... nice playing anyway!
Bravissima Stephanie
I'm eager to know how much for the whole set .
Stephanie is one of the greats. After watching several Segovia videos, I think he would be intimidated by her musical prowess. Oh and the guitar was pretty good too.
I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
I wonder if there is anything similar for piano - also for the purpose of taking on holidays?

Anyone know the piece she’s playing at 5:45 ?
Does anyone know the intro song she plays?
Красотка! Наконец то услышал голос. :) Отлично сделала обзор, профессионально.
Dolores O'Riordan, is that you?
Eu poderia saber qual o valor desse instrumento......
For as long as i've been playing classical guitar, I've always been asking myself... because of the quieter nature of Nylon String, Classic Wood Body Guitars, should guitar amplification be considered "part of the instrument" if it can still retain its "Classical" sound especially for Orchestral and Chamber Music in today's modern technology world? If so, are there other instruments that can still both retain its classical sound and benefit from Modern Technology while staying true to both Instrument and Sound?

I have read where classical guitarists began growing out their fingernails in order to play and be heard in larger venues. This of course changes the tone just as amplification does. As amplification technology improves, will there ever be a time when solid body guitars will sound the same as acoustic ones?
Oh mi Dios!!!
Muito muito bom esse instrumento emmm....e o som nem se fala...por aqui agente vai demorar pra ter ele....mais adorei...eu faço barulho ... então....kkkk
Very sensual guitar indeed , a match made in Heaven 😉😂
music at 2:28?
tan bonita
Ok, I'm not a guitar player, so pleas can somebody tell me, why I'd watched this review up to it's very last frame? 😏

Very, VERY amateur electric guitar player here: maybe, like me, you've perceived the talent, passion and professionalism of this great musician. The fact that she is also amazingly charming it does help, too. :-)

You are super duper amazing on so many levels. Not only are you beautiful to the eye, you are also beautiful to the ear too. I fell in love with you the first time I heard and saw you. I will be going over to patreon in a mo to join up and help the cause. ❤😍🎸✨🎸
First time I hear your voice
The 30 minutes of time to get it back into tune sounds very tedious. The guitar did sound pretty decent though! Thanks Stephanie for this helpful review!

Andy Arriaga is like to see a video w a timer if this. Any nylon guitar that has to be brought from zero tension up requires minimum 30 min to completely lock in unless maybe the strings are already worn in. I think someone should do a video on it. For me though it seems a very weird thing to have a guitar in a backpack and then piece it together. I’d have to have a really good reason to do this

*_A fair assessment, but I personally not interested because the toning is just not there sound so industrial_*
Every guitar can fold in half, it's unfolding it thats the problem.
Ever seen Quinten Tarantino movies? You can have an small evil satan doll and I will completely miss it. The person strumming my attention? Nope. The scrunchy eyebrow face to reach E high. Look I will be honest Aussie. You can play anything and capture my attention by just a scrunchy eyebrow.
Спасибо за освобождение от пренебрежения к гитаре .
Be aware that 9V batteries sometimes explode. Yours probably mentions this in very fine print right on it. One once exploded inside my guitar. It sounded like a gunshot and made a bit of a mess.

Be aware that human bodies sometimes spontaneously combust. This being the case, I would advise you to not handle any guitars, especially instruments that might be valuable, as damage to the instrument might occur. Talk about "a bit of a mess". Makes Hendrix's Monterey guitar look like a minor Fender bender.
