I had a Pom growing up and a Pom now and both of them have never been “yappy” barking dogs 😊 Definitely a behavior that can be curbed with consistent training ❤️ The vet techs love when I take my Pom to be seen because she’s such a sweetie who just wants to be held and pet, but she’s not loud about it lol. She’ll just dance around like “Pay attention to meeee!” 🥰🤣

Not only did we see the TOE BEANSSSSSS but she was so awesomely behaved. Smaller dogs get such a bad rep as they tend to (not always) be more babied than larger dogs so less trained. JoJo's owners have done an amazing job ✨ kudos 🖤

I'm not sure "babied" is the term I'd use. I think it's more laziness on the owner's part. When someone has a dog that they can easily pick up if it gets rambunctious, they don't have as much incentive to train them. Even a friendly Rottweiler jumping on someone could hurt them and a barking one will scare people. A jumping or barking Pomeranian is just annoying. They could still do damage biting someone, but they aren't seen as a threat if they're not trained.

Jojo is like, "I'm ready for my spa day". She is the calmest puppy I have ever seen. Her humans did a great job.

I'm convinced poms know EXACTLY how cute they are

Yumiko : Absolutely. Had one for vacation-care. he was a character. Funny very intelligent but only did what he wanted and if I took to long (in his opinion) to put his harness on he snapped after my hand :-)).

This makes me miss my Pomeranian boy so much. He had the best personality and temperament of any dog I have ever met

The fact that she has her little foot up the whole time she laid down was so CUTE. Those are good looking toe beans on that little model. Hope we see more Jojo.

For anyone that's never been around a well-behaved and socialized Pomeranian, this is how great and cute they can be. So many people write the breed off due to how many people mishandle them. They're incredibly smart and trainable but pretty sassy and energetic so can be little nightmares if spoiled which happens a lot because they're painfully adorable.

pretty much every pom i've met has been a sweetie. i think they're less predisposed to being aggressive due to poor training than a chihuahua would

I always find it funny but adorable when small dogs like Poms,Yorkies and Shih Tzus when they get baths because they're mostly fluff. To quote a friend: "they are like potato chip bags"

Poms have the proudest, cutest little high stepping trots I just adore them

I prefer large breeds, but this little darling is a heart stealer. I love the way you give your furry clients oodles of affectionate consideration. She showed more patient curiosity than fear because of your kindness and when she did get a little distressed you gave her snuggles. Brava!

Same. I was completely okay with people loving on my dog. Kisses, cuddles, all of it. I know some ppl get weirded out with others being that friendly with their pets, but I'm cool with it. I wanted my dog to feel safe and loved everywhere he wasn't with me. So, she is a godsend groomer for me.

I miss my little Pom “Flapjack”. He use to look just like this. After a while he was calm like this, then right after the bath he would run outside to show the neighbors lol He passed last July, he was 12 years old.❤️

@@CallieMasters5000 this is why you shouldn't ever do it. Even if she wasn't cute, a Pomeranian is very expensive. Had a dog named Lady, she was a mix of chihuahua and cavalier. Never dared to leave her outside. Still miss her.

Yeah the treatment small breed dogs go through really breaks my heart, especially Chihuahuas and Poms, people treat them like showpieces and status symbols and not as living breathing sentient beings, people like Vanessa restore my faith in humanity💜💜

I adore how 80% of this video is Vanessa playing with a puppy and 20% doing the grooming Nothing like getting paid playing with a soft and fluffy gremlin

i once met a german shepherd of 2 years called Provoleta which is a type of cheese if i'm not mistaken. I also met a beagle called Salmon, a mix called Filetto (a type of tomato pasta sauce) and also my husband wanted to name our dog Penny after the... male reproductive genitalia. so yeah.

Wow, between the desensitization and absolute calm even when being manhandled by a complete stranger, I can tell this Pom's parents are absolutely NAILING raising this puppy! Kudos! We love to see well adjusted little dogs!

Such an adorable puppy and very BIG kudos to the owners. She is the most well behaved Pom I've ever seen. Every other one I've encountered is yappy and aggressive. I loved the kicks with the belly rubs. I'd love to see more of the doggos having positive moments with you.

Sadly lots of tiny dogs have the reputation of being aggressive and anxious wrecks, but that's actually more a sign of how they get treated. Small dogs often don't get respected the same way bigger dogs do. They get touched and picked up against their will, because people don't take them seriously. A growl or even just a stare from a German Shepherd will turn people away immediately, a growl from a Pom is kind of funny and cute... Many of these dogs learn that only total escalation works as communication, because anything more subtle gets ignored. It's quite tragic - they don't see themselves as cute little puffs, but serious adult dogs.

I'm impressed by how well-behaved this puppy is. I would expect such a young dog to be either very scared, or very excited. She's just chilling. The owner does a really good job at training her.

I have been watching your vids for a very long time. I'm more of a cat person (Mayonnaise is my favorite), but Jojo has become my favorite out of the dogs! She is the most well-behaved puppy I have ever seen, not to mention how irresistibly CUTE she is! Her little toes are too adorable and I love, love, LOVE the bow in her hair!!!!!! My heart is so full of joy for Jojo!

Jo Jo is simply irresistable. Last summer I had a Pomeranian male pup for vacation-care, and just about on every walkie-time someone wanted to buy this little cute fluff ball, all kids went nuts about him... He was very cute but also just as stubborn and cheeky.

I'm not a fan of small dogs but a customer came to my work place with the same dog and for some reason, the little cloud was after me the all time, asking for cuddle and scratches ... I almost took him home with me ... He was so soft !!!
