Ingredients/Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
raspberry jam
Raspberries, blueberries, ...
Dough:
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
80 g sugar (2/5 cup)
80 g flour (3/5 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan: 24 cm (9,4 inches)
Bake the cake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for 12 minutes.
For the raspberry cream:
5 sheets of gelatin (8 g)
500 g mascarpone (2 cups)
360 g raspberry yogurt (1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
Some vanilla extract
60 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
Glaze:
500 ml cold water (2 cups)
6 tablespoons sugar
2 packs of red cake icing (11 g each)
Place the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight)
