It would be helpful to cover the contraindications, specifically the fact that strawberries acts an endocrine disrupter and shouldnt be eaten every day; and also the fact that apples high in sugar would be counter-productive to an anti-cancer diet.

If you want a great cranberry side for Thanksgiving you absolutely have to make your own with ZERO sugar & ZERO crappy oils & high fructose corn syrup instead of the garbage that they sell in the can... last Thanksgiving I made a very simple & easy cranberry side from fresh organic cranberries, fresh organic lemons, nutmeg, sri lanka cinnamon, & raw organic honey & not only was it 100% healthy- it was the BEST tasting whole cranberry side ever! You can save time or you can enjoy food preparation & the benefits of HEALTH that come with that... today everyone has to support LOCAL high cover crop good crop rotation zero pesticide zero herbicide zero gmo zero hormone farmers & they have to become their own BEST NUTRITIONIST... also everyone must understand that NUTRITION, HEALTH & FITNESS all work together- you can't have one or two without all three! So start enjoying your own food preparation & be your own best nutritionist today... establish a NUTRITION, HEALTH & FITNESS way of LIFE & don't forget FASTING is GODS' way of healing the body... so get your sleep & rest & ensure that you are fasting to get rid of all the garbage that the modern world is poisoning you with!

Results: the same weight for 15 years, 0 cold and flu, clean breath, god digestion, 0 belly fat, blod preasure 120/80, never sick. It's important to rinse your mouth and throat with lukewarm water every time you drink lemon water in order not to damage the enamel of your teeth.

@vitazenhealth cancer cells, feed on glucose, glucose raises insulin, you can not " burn" fat with elevated insulin. Your feeding fuel to the cancer with fruit, your raising insulin with fruit.
