Bergamot is a citrus fruit. Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit that belongs to the Rutaceae family, which also includes oranges, lemons, and limes. It's primarily grown in southern Italy, particularly in the Calabria region, and is renowned for its distinctive fragrance and flavor. The fruit is roughly the size of an orange but has a yellow or greenish color when ripe. Its peel is aromatic and is used to extract bergamot essential oil, which is widely used in perfumes, cosmetics, and aromatherapy due to its refreshing and uplifting scent. Bergamot is also used in culinary applications, particularly in flavoring Earl Grey tea, as well as in some regional dishes. It adds a unique citrusy and floral flavor to foods and beverages. Additionally, bergamot oil is known for its potential health benefits, including its use in traditional medicine for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. However, it's important to note that bergamot oil can be photosensitive, meaning it can increase sensitivity to sunlight, so caution should be exercised when using it topically. Nobiletin is an interesting compound. I wonder if anyone has checked bergamot for Nobiletin?: Nobiletin is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in citrus fruits, particularly in the peels of oranges and tangerines. It belongs to a class of compounds known as flavonoids, which are plant metabolites with antioxidant properties. Research suggests that nobiletin may have several potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and neuroprotective effects. Some studies have indicated that nobiletin may help reduce inflammation in the body, which could be beneficial for conditions such as arthritis and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, nobiletin has been studied for its potential anticancer properties. Some research suggests that it may inhibit the growth of cancer cells and induce apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in certain types of cancer. Furthermore, nobiletin has shown promise in preclinical studies as a neuroprotective agent, meaning it may help protect against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

Visiting sacred locations on earth will heal any sickness if you remain long enough and know how to pray (meditate) it don’t matter if you are atheist. This prime resonate frequency radiating from the earth can heal any and all sickness. There are 80k of these locations across the earth, and many are buried . It doesn’t matter covering it with dirt doesn’t stop this healing affect. There is hundred of miles of earth below the sights. Go to any pyramid or temples that authorities and archaeologists that have been declared as a tomb or burial ground. They are not burial sights and don’t have Pharoah’s curses. These ghost stories are intentional to scare people away. They make lots of money selling healthcare insurance and medications. There is a motive to have kept this from the world, but ancient societies were very well aware.

I'm sitting over here wondering how you could be listening for 20mins when the video is only 10:27 mins long........ If you've been listening for 20 mins, I can only assume you've watched it twice, and if you STILL haven't gotten the point then maybe YOURE doing it wrong!

i use loose chamomile flowers to make tea every evening before going to bed. Until I started drinking Chamomile I had a hard time stayin asleep at night. Now most nights I sleep without waking up. Hope chmomile tea has all those cancer preventing benefits..

When small, and if we had a nasty cold, my grandmother would put hot tea, add a small amount of brandy or whiskey with honey and tell us to sip it quietly... Today I'm 62 and still love a tot of whiskey in my tea during winter.. I don't drink any alcohol. Just this occasionally ☺️🙏🏼

Wonderful presentation Dr. Li. I have found the same qualitative research in my practice. Yes, tea is truly food and it’s a way of getting society hydrated and it’s fun. The practice puts a great spin on “high tea” that has been practiced through the ages because Green tea, particularly Matcha has been known to create higher euphoric feelings.

My type of tea is Chai tea ( mixed of spices - cinnamon, cardamom, cloves Star aniseed and black tea It’s delicious 😋 ☕️ you can have it either with or without milk and you can add some turmeric (then it’s called golden milk)

Chai tea is good for taste but not really helping your immune system. Green tea, black tea and dandelion tea are good for your immune system and liver. Please drink those.

Dr. Li, the 3 teas you spoke of were , basically, all from the same plant. However, I wonder if using herbs would have the same properties.?
