    I train jump 6 month. And my max jump 67cm. And it don't grow up. Last 2 month I train my jump and I don't have results 😭. Maybe you can help me.

    could be age, not enough protein, bad program, not training the right muscles, or technique

    You could be training endurance with out realizing i.e. too many reps or sets. you could also be not exploding in curtains work outs. There are 3 different types of muscle fibers endurance/ slow twitch, fast twitch, and super fast twitch. The super fast twitch muscle fibers are the ones that you want. Training too often can also effect the jump. My vertical Jump is 70cm and I don't use weights or at least heavy weights, I only use about 10kg.

    Be patient, 6 months is not very long.. just stay consistent and try to do the right things and you will improve. But it’s better to make progress slowly than try to rush everything. What are you doing right now?

    I tend to stutter allot, simply because I under- or over estimate ml the length of my legs+ the distance to my target.

    that is true when you are doing a standing jump (off vert) but with a running approach jump then you want to stay tall
