Of course, her answer was always yes and I would yell at her and tell her to stop singing. I'd tell her she almost gave me a heart attack. Boy! Do I miss her singing now😂.

Oh gawd that was not singing. When he held that last note so stupidly long he sounded like a car alarm. I don't know how the judges could just sit there and not jump up to hit him just to stop that hideous sound. And that last idiotic woman who won't listen to being told no, but keeps coming back year after year - does she not have a television or computer to hear just how sounds? Why does she think she has a good voice? Honestly they both are deluded - one of Simon's favourite words to sum up someone who imagines they have a good voice when it is anything but good.

Yo, okay, Ashwin actually went to, like, four auditions. He changed his hair style and wore sunglasses to one of them and faked a Scottish accent (it was his third audition I think) and he pretended to be someone else completely. He still didn't make it through. It was hysterical.

I wish names were put in the information section so you can search more videos.

We all have our own opinions, mine is- I disagree 100%! She doesn't sound like all the other pop clones out there! I guess sameness isn't boring to most, but I find it dreadful! I don't bother listening to music on the radio these days because no matter how many different songs by different artists they play, it's like listening to the same song by the same artist over & over. I'll take the unique over them any day. But that's just my opinion obviously.

Many observers say it is sad when family members encourage one who has no talent. My parents did not give me credit for anything. I won a $15.00 ck in a writing contest in 7th grade. My parents did NOT attend. All that mattered to my mother was the ck. I had a creative writing ability, had an aspiration to become a journalist. Wanted to go to college. All my parents wanted was for me to head for work. My mother even wanted me to quit High School & go to work. I didn't quit. But when I did work it was a mediocre job making $3.90 an hr. (The minimum wage at that time period). My parents took half my payck. I hated the job. Ended up pregnant, out of wedlock, & my life went nowhere. Though parents encourage the child to audition & the child hasn't got it, it is positive. If the child doesn't have it continue to encourage the child but in another direction...

I believe I can fly... eh correction I believe I can sing... 🤣

The last one (Carrie) must have family & friends egging her on, telling her she is so good! She cannot sing at all.

I never watched till illness took me from working and I was these all the time. Not sure why! Some people want a therapy session with the critique! Simon gets it done in 5 seconds. His rudeness is just brutal honesty and no frills!
