No literally. It's encroaching into like every community, having the need to be insanely woke to the point that it's repressive of everyday life. Like a lot of drag queens on Twitter for example, have been encountering loads of people that don't even follow them (mostly cis straight people of course, but not always) or they do like their drag but know very little about drag/black/LGBTQ+ culture, that them being 'woke' gives an adverse reaction of homo/transphobia. Like them trying in their crazed, deluded head to be "open" and "inclusive" is literally shutting people down and away-- from them, anyway. Like why are they on the internet? Who knows, probably don't have much of a life outside of it.

The chili saga is wild. Whenever my wife cooks a large recipe, she has me bring some over to the old lady with alzheimer's who lives alone in the condo behind ours, because we know she only eats frozen meals otherwise. She's always extremely grateful, and then talks my ear off for half an hour with stories she's told me dozens of times before. This brief human connection is the only thing that makes me enjoy living in that condo. Given my crippling social anxiety, ometimes, she's the only person I'll see all week outside of work. And what I took from it was that Leon was mentally challenged, he was being taken advantage and was trained since a child to be an assassin, and that his relation with the girl was pure naivety. What I got was that Leon was really childish like in many aspects and her confessing her love - confusing family love with SO love - and him turning her down was a perfect scene on how he taught of her.... But years later I read about the real intent of the original author? director? and that he was actually really pro child abuse and was basically a pedophile making relativism his mantra regarding the subject. Ah, Twitter. Never before have so many people with so little to say, said so much to the detriment of so many.
That Chilli shit made me so angry and sad. I hope she is doing better because that is fucking insane. If my neighbor made something for me like that I would be so happy, even if I couldn't eat it.
Twitter is simultaneously the best at producing some of the best tweets and worst tweets known to man kind

That Hillary tweet is cringe af. Lolol
I love when someone is getting absolutely destroyed on Twitter and their only response is "go off I guess"
clay higgins retiring to pottery “Clay’s Clay” is such a good marketplace name
Never underestimate the ability of twitter users to take literally any discussion in existence and make it about abuse or mental illness.
The best part about the first tweet is that he’s a conservative politician. Sums up how cons feel about health care workers
i havent used twitter in a few years now, but everytime i see things like this come from there; it makes me feel a lot less neurodivergent than i am lol
I never understood the comments that are just self-reports of somebody being a terrible person. How do these people have no self-awareness?
"It's like agile planning with your significant other." Ah, yes, nothing says "love" like a five minute scrum where you talk about benchmarks and relationship "deliverables".
I cannot express how much better Hasan’s commentary on these made my hour-long commute. Laughing to the point of tears in my car right now
American Conservatives: "dont disrespect the military" Also American Conservatives: "your they/them army won't last a day in the war" its genuinely hard not to have an aneurism while listening to conservatives speak.
Ain't no way twitter got mad about someone making some chilli for their neighbours. That's like a god-tier neighbour wtf.
sameera isn't a shitposter she's a vapid clout chaser, she dated kai newkirk back in 2016 in the heat of the democracy spring shenanigans, my partner and i were both also in that, her parents hosted the national training shitshow in their backyard and she and kai stayed in the house while we peasants showered under a hose and slept in tents. back then she was asking questions like "what potential will there be for pageant contestants after the revolution" lmaooo

I think the way you win twitter is never to post your own take because it’s probably terrible, but instead to pick apart everyone else’s takes and make them know how stupid they are.
love that people forget if you don't want chili you could just be like "no thank you, I really appreciate it though"
3:55 editor almost gave me a heart attack with what looked like a real MLK funko pop

the fucking giving your neighbor chili is ableist shit is the funniest thing i've ever seen on twitter
I think the cringiest thing is that people still use Twitter in light mode.
i’m surprised this thread didn’t include that one woman who posted about waking up early to talk with her husband over coffee. twitter hounded that woman.

holy shit, I've seen people (and myself, admittedly) say some truly dumb, embarassing shit in my life but everything in this video is just on a whole separate level, it's like watching a verbal trainwreck compilation
This should be called "best tweets of 2022" these are fucking great in the worst way lol
it is so much more uncomfortable when you read that tweet about sniffing women with a cockney accent.
There are a LOT of HYPER religious furries, sane with kinda fascist furries. It’s weird but it’s a subculture with a lot of outcasts that are trying to find their own clique within a fandom typically thought of as one for weirdoes even if it really isn’t.

The “no loads refused” one is one of my favorites. Non-political, just general rapscallion behavior. A very wholesome chaos tweet, if you will.
Thanks for this video. I quit Twitter about a week ago and was sort of feeling like relapsing and this video reminded me why I left in the first place.

The chili stuff is absolutely insane. Literally anything can make you the main character, huh?
Blaire White has done more for stupidity in a single tweet than I have done in a full week. And I’m such a klutz I fall down the same flight of stairs at least twice a week.
Years ago my mom had to go stay in the hospital for like 2 weeks. My neighbor knocked on the door one day (just my dad, my bro, and me there at that time) and she made a big ass chicken pot pie and said 'I know your mom is in the hospital and thought you could use a home cooked meal because I don't think you'd be cooking' and it was awesome. The pot pie still the best pot pie I've ever had too.
The tom holland one takes it for me
my favorite tweet of last year was probably Lavern Spicer saying: “Just went to starbucks for a coffe and the barista asked me my pronouns for my cup. 🤣🤣 I said my pronouns are Trump and DeSantis. His nose ring damn near fell out of his nose cavity. 😂😂”
The "American liberal brain disease" has to be the funniest concept I've ever heard

I think Leon should be considered a major anti-pedophilia movie, because it outlines such a pedophilia-enabling situation (an 11 year old with no supervision from family or state that offers herself up like this to an adult man), and showcases the only proper way to deal with such a situation from Leon's side, becoming a good role model and convincing Mathilda to try the stable route in life. Obviously there is so much more to the movie, but only the people watching it make it pedophilic in my opinion.
@41052
Жыл бұрын
I think I’ve watched someone explaining the movie, but from a non-pedophile perspective and I cried because of how beautiful the idea was and how people should act, and then he dropped the bomb that it was meant to be pedophilic and I was flabbergasted. So I haven’t watched the movie, but do you think it would be good to show to a child? Like what’s the minimum age you would show this to a kid?
